GoogleMost disappointing. I was recommended to this business by someone local to the area, who suggested they may be able to help me sell a property in Suffolk, which my sister and I have inherited.
I’m sure that, if I was able to engage with someone at the company, Exquisite Homes may have been able to deliver on the recommendation, but given that the office has been closed on both occasions I’ve tried to visit in person in the last week (both times when Google said the office would be open), I’ve given up.
Between these two visits I tried to phone, but was greeted with a very generic missed call answering service, who of course weren’t able to assist.
I can’t help but feel frustrated and that my time has been wasted. Naturally I’ve found a firm keen to help now, but I can only conclude… Exquisite property perhaps, but far from Exquisite service.

You were absolutely right to expect an exceptional level of service following your local recommendation, and I am deeply disappointed that we failed to deliver this during your attempts to reach us.
Because our strategy relies heavily on our agents being personally present at properties to manage high-stakes viewings and complex negotiations, our physical office is occasionally unattended; however, it is entirely our responsibility to ensure our Google opening hours accurately reflect this and that our telephone answering service provides a bespoke, helpful experience rather than a generic one. We have fallen short of our own standards here, and I am personally reviewing our communication systems today to ensure no one else's time is wasted in this manner.
While I am naturally saddened that we will not have the opportunity to assist you and your sister with your inherited property in Suffolk, I am glad you have found a firm to support you, and I wish you both a secure and highly successful transaction.

GoogleWe instructed Town and Village to sell our property in November 2020. Things started off really well, we had a few viewings but nothing came to fruition. The team were great though.
As time went on, the service just went downhill. Viewings dried up and potential buyers clearly weren't being qualified properly: some just didn't turn up, others didn't have an agreement in principle, others just couldn't afford it.
There were many occasions where we didn't receive feedback on viewings. 5 days passed on one occasion and no updates were received - I had to chase up the estate agents.
We reached the end of our agreement with Town and Village in approx April 2021 and over the entire period we only had ONE official offer, which was approx £45k under the asking price.
We switched estate agents and had 2 viewings in our first week and accepted an offer.
Town and Village are staffed by friendly people but I'm not sure how motivated they were to sell our property.NegativeQuality

GoogleHaving been on the market for for 4 months with another agent and having the stress of a sale falling through, we instructed Ben at Town and Village during the third week of January. We had 2 very good quality viewings in the first week and were under offer within 10 days, pretty close to the asking price. Every person in the office came to view our home so they knew the house for any enquiries and they have been nothing but helpful and courteous during our dealings with them but most importantly absolutely transparent with everything going on - feedback, updates etc. We would have absolutely no issue recommending them and just wish we had instructed them in the first place!
