Our experience with Merryweather has been simply superb, we've been selling a house and purchasing a property through them. I have to give a special mention to Jade who has always been available, friendly and helpful when we've had questions. Jade has constantly kept us updated, reassuring and guiding us through the whole process.

GoogleWe used Merryweathers (Mexborough) to sell my parents’ bungalow. The service was exemplary with regular and timely updates throughout the process via phone or email. Queries were responded to quickly in a friendly and efficient manner so the experience was positive from start to finish. In comparison to other estate agents we have used previously, James, Amy and Catherine were a definite improvement. From the first meeting with James, it is clear he has enthusiasm to sell local properties and is very personable with it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

They are now selling some more and I have every hope that they will continue to do accompanied viewings, diligent checking of offers and comprehensive progress chasing to ensure the sales process doesn't drag on too long.

I lived at one of the property letted by merry for 9 months and I’d like to say all the staff at Merryweathers were really nice and helpful especially Corinne and Maggie always there if I had a issue I would recommend Merryweathers to anyone n won’t hesitate to let with them again

Been interested in buying a house they offered. At the beginning it's been going really well, the only annoying thing were additional sites giving you the opportunity to find solicitors, move companies, and plenty of other things at extra and insane costs.

Pleasant enough to deal with. I offered £140000 on a property back in May 24 only to be told that I would need to significantly increase my offer in order to be in with a chance of buying. The property was listed for £120000. I have just seen on Zoopla that the property finally sold for £125000, significantly lower than my offer. It would be interesting to know why I wasn’t contacted prior to the house selling well below my offer price.

We purchased our first house through the Sheffield Branch and we were very impressed from start to finish. Everybody has been extremely helpful, especially the branch manager Josh who has kept us up to date at every stage. He has always provided as much information as possible to help us get our heads around things with being first time buyers and he has definitely made the process as smooth as possible. They are an excellent team and we would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those looking to buy their first home.

Merryweathers brought a personal touch to buying our first home. Along each step, Merryweathers were there to keep us on track, clear things up when needed and update us with developments. Dealing with the same person at the office each time really made the process so much easier and less stressful. When viewing the property we were made to feel welcome and given space to explore as well as ask questions. Thank you again for an easy and modern approach - the web portal showing the various stages along the path to completion is a great touch.

When I sent a question round to various sellers on rightmove about my house he was the only one that took the time to contact me and respond. Everything so far has been so smooth and the communication has been spot on and miles ahead of local competition.Our mortgage is also being done via them through Sharon Bristow and her assistant Katrina and they have been so helpful, super efficient, speedy and found us a great deal.So far I couldn't think of a better agent and people to deal with.Highly recommend for both buying and mortgages.

GoogleUsed Merryweathers to sell my fathers property. Excellent service, communication was very good, although I dealt mainly with James, everyone was obliging. From first appointment to arrange the sale to completion, couldn't ask for a better organisation to deal with the sale. Highly recommend.

This proved a good call as we received a great service throughout a complicated sale.The whole team were professional in all they did - in particular, Anthony went above and beyond time and again! He was supportive, reassuring and always positive, shepherding us through every setback until we finally completed.We would recommend Merryweathers without hesitation.
