Absolute time wasters. I viewed a property during week days, placed an offer straightaway with all information required. Also I mentioned the fact that I have holidays booked and have a flight to catch in 10 days. Nothing was taken in consideration, wasted 4 working days and they returned to me with an answer that landlord has declined my offer. I would have appreciated any sort of urgency to be honest. Who takes 4 days to decide that’s it’s a NO. Had to cancel my flights and holidays due to the slow actions of Andrews estate agents Morden branch. So sorry but I am very disappointed of their laid back approach.

We have been Andrews customers (tenants) for more than 10 years in 2 properties. Overall, compared to other agencies in the area, they are the better ones. Even if they are often limited by landlords, they are responsive and try to help with issues.They stuff are friendly but professional (especially Peter who was doing property checks).
