Professional and courteous. Having delt with a number of estate agents over the years I can only describe my experience with Ashtons as game changing. The staff at the local branch were knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. An easy 5 stars to award.

Absolutely awful. After being accepted by landlord they found a y reason for revenge on me After reporting one of them for discrimination, well she got her revenge and we have been left without a house to move too... now struggling to find a new home After having given notice to my landlords. Only one of them deserves some respect COLIN HICKEY, only professional agent.

GoogleI've been subjected to the pain of the buying and selling of houses 3 times in the last 5 years and have dealt with several agencies across the NW. Simon and Bethann of Ashtons are head and shoulders above the rest, and I have experienced Ashtons in Newton-le-willows from both a buyer and seller perspective. Professional and diligent in their approach, they were always on hand and the service was a bargain; selling my house before the for sale sign was even up. As a result, Ashtons will always be my first choice to sell my property and are a trusted advisor and brand. I'd be happy to pay a little bit more and get the best quality than deal with some of the less reliant names out there.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI chose Ashtons to sell my mother's house in Newton and didn't regret it. Simon and Bethann in the Newton office were professional and personable and were happy to undertake little tasks for me which was very helpful as I live 200 miles away. I have a very low tolerance of inefficiency so what I especially liked was that I never had to chase them up if I'd asked them to do something or to call me back - they always did what I asked and came back to me. I received a cash offer at the asking price on the day the property went on sale and, after discussing the options with Simon, decided to accept it. GoogleI cannot fault the service I've received from Ashtons. Really professional service, attentive and kept me up-to-date throughout the sales process. They gave me lots of advice, help and support, checked-in with me on a regular basis to provide updates and to exchange information. The photographs and house information looked great on the website. I would highly recommend them.

Unprofessional estate agency in town. they did let me down after the offer was accepted and the process of mortgage/exchange of contract was in place, given a stupid reason as the vendor can't wait long, if the processing timescale in place there is nothing anyone can do... WASTED MY TIME, FEE FOR MORTGAGE BROKER, SURVEY, SOLICTOR... VERY DISAPPOINTED

The whole team made me and my girlfriend feel at ease the whole process by Constantly checking up with phone calls and making sure we were updated thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

GoogleReally great service throughout, we were relocating to the area and they provided great local advice. In addition, on moving day, we were delayed due to traffic issues and they offered to meet us after closing time if necessary for the key collection. Really impressed and would use again if necessary in future.
