It's easy to see why Mike Ford sells a lot of houses. My husband and I began our search for our new home in Melton Mowbray, we contacted a lot of agents in the area to register our interest and what sort of thing we were looking for. Mike Ford were on top of their game, contacting us when suitable things were due to be listed, so we were able to get in for viewings quickly. We never had an issues contacting them, or receiving call backs when we requested them. The whole team were helpful and made you feel like you were important to them. We ended up offering and buying a house that was listed with Mike Ford and they couldn't have made the process easier on us. They kept us informed and up to date with progress right down to the day of the move calling us to let us know the progress of the previous owners moving out and when they were due to drop the keys off and when they had. They'd even gone to the trouble of sending us a lovely card, welcoming us to our new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I was planning on selling a property they'd be the first people I'd contact. A professional, yet personal service that makes you feel like you're important. From a buyers perspective we couldn't have asked for more. I would like say a massive thank you to Mike Ford and the girls for all they have done. It has genuinely been the best experience from an estate agents I've had. Having used them several times before, it was the obvious choice to sell my home through them and conveniently buy my next one from them. I’m told that moving home can be one of the most stressful events of your life but they were polite, understanding of my needs and made my whole experience painless and stress free. They were exceedingly quick to respond to my requests even through the Covid period. During the sale process they kept in touch and gave me regular updates, nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend Mike Ford and his team. From the first day I met Mike I was impressed by his professionalism and advice. The sales information for my house was well presented with excellent photos. After each viewing I was given feedback and was updated throughout the whole process by the staff. Once my house was sold they kept me updated with any new properties on the market and knew exactly which area I preferred, I purchased a property being sold by them. I think I spoke to all of the team, Natasha, Sandra, Sarah and Jess who were lovely. ( sorry if I missed anyone).
