Mike Ford Estate Agents are absolutely excellent. We listed our property for sale over a year ago and MFEA managed to find a buyer for us excellently (whilst achieving a fair sale price too given our property had a downstairs bathroom only). Unfortunately we had a tough time with two chains falling apart (due to issues with our onward purchase or further above in the respective chains - nothing MFEA could have done different to help) and dealing with other agents in town on these purchases wasn't great for many reasons. Eventually third time lucky we ended up settling with buying a property that was also listed with MFEA and it was noticeably easier and smoother. Throughout the sale and then purchasing process the whole team - particularly Julie who dealt with our case file - were fantastic. They also managed to retain and keep our buyer with us through the chain collapses and all. Overall the team at MFEA are caring, attentive and happy to help at any time. They were able to give plenty of wise words to keep things - and us - steady too. Would highly recommend MFEA and should we ever sell again we would immediately be picking them!

We have recently brought a house with mike fords estate agents, they were extremely helpful from the viewing to the end result, they helped arrange a time for viewing that was suitable for us, we loved the house so put an offer in within 5 minutes we found out the vender had accepted the offer, they helped get me a solicitor and also put me in contact with an independent mortgage advisor who didn't charge a fee for his services. I can't thank the staff enough at the Melton site extremely helpful all the way through, and within 6 weeks of viewing the property we were picking up our keys,I carnt recommend them enough to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell the staff are a credit to the company

Absolutely outstanding! I was buying a property via Mike Ford estate agent and the people in the team ended up being a huge source of support and guidance for me for the duration of the conveyancing time. Julie and Sarah (two of three people from the team that I met in person), were wonderful and were on hand to answer any questions I had. Sandra, Natasha, Sally & Lynn were also brilliant. The fact that each and every one was familiar with my purchase and was able to help, was incredibly welcome. When the process became stressful everyone did their best to help ease the burden and to make calls on my behalf. This morning my partner Ali and I were shown around a wonderful property by Sarah. Quite honestly, it was a great mornings experience! Myself and my partner purchased a property through Mike Ford estate agents. I can honestly say that they have made the whole process so easy and stress free. I have dealt with estate agents in the past, who really do not provide the level of service we have received. We have been dealing with Lisa, she constantly kept in touch with us on a regular basis, communicated with the whole of the chain for us, and all solicitors involved. You usually find yourself having to chase the solicitors, but Lisa did all of that for us, and made the process of buying a house so much easier and less stressful.
