Where to start with this amazing company, we have moved nine times and never experienced a service like this, it is platinum rated! I knew from meeting Harry we were in extraordinary safe hands, it was a sensitive sale of my elderly mum‘s bungalow, she recently moved into an independent living flat. Harry was able to think outside the box How to market the property, and how to communicate with myself and my two sisters, who are not local. The sales details for the property were amazing, the drone shot showing the plot blew us away. And all the internals excellently hilighted each room. But then you get to the difficult part of an Estate Agency, viewings when Potential buyers need them, Agents willing to take your calls, feedback from viewings, and this is where Alexanders excelled even further. Always available, always gave feedback, what more can you ask for. The Property proved popular, so they explored the buying position of each potential candidate, and explained it to us in as much detail as they are allowed, making it quite straightforward which buyer we were to proceed with. We have exchanged now, in super quick time, And although Alexanders are not the cheapest Agent, they are worth every penny, they remove all the stress, and how do you put a price on that?. Thank you, Harry, Georgia, and Louise, you really are the very best ⭐️ My husband and I have moved nine times and no estate agency has ever come close to the service you have provided for the Bungalow sale.

Alexanders have been brilliant from start to finish of our experience with them. In what ended up being a lengthy sale (with us as buyers) the team went above and beyond in maintaining regular communication, chasing relevant parties and going over and above the role of an estate agent. They also arranged additional meetings held at the property to clarify some questions to ensure that there was transparency throughout the sale, which as estate agents they were again not obliged to attend but arranged it to help. Louise has been excellent and we really appreciate the work that they do, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any prospective customer.

We were impressed by Louise at Alexanders from the off. We had initially hoped to get more for our property but trusted the valuation from the experts. We had a viewing after one day and accepted an offer two days later. From then on in, she helped us push the whole process through in 8 weeks, keeping gentle pressure on all parties. If she was on holiday, Jamie stepped in. We also really appreciated the WhatsApp chat feature they offered. I really feel quite guilty in not posting this comment before now, as we actually moved house mid December 2023, however, better late than never! When appointed by us, following very poor support from two other local Estate Agents, Alexanders were magnificent in their personal support for my wife and I, during a very protracted selling process throughout almost all of 2024. We unfortunately suffered through being in an elongated 'chain' from the outset of our selling process, losing our sale four times along the way. The next to last time being only three days prior to contract exchange. However, each time Alexanders thoroughly checked the entire buying chain on our behalf, to ensure that everyone involved was genuine, and finally completed a sale for us with a first time buyer. I have to add a special note to thank Yvonne Round, who made it her personal objective to follow our sale through to the very end, and would not give up whatever the circumstance. The consistency of frequency of updates in the early days could have been better, but the two main people. James and Jamie worked exceptionally hard to get it over the line for us, despite problems with solicitors, and the vendor.
