We bought our house through Marks and Mann, the service was wonderful, helpful and couldn’t have asked for anything better, they helped us with every aspect of the move, keeping us updated all the time, would highly recommend Marks and Mann, very personal approach to selling houses, which always helps in the stress of house buying, great friendly team, can’t recommend enough! Thank you! Pat and Charlie

Marks and Mann estate agents have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have made our first time house purchase one to remember. Big shout out to everyone at the Martlesham branch for going the extra mile, and always being there to help. Highly recommended.

Joe, Maddy and Julie, the staff in Martlesham Heath office, are professional, efficient, reliable and enthusiastic. My situation was complex and they all showed empathy, understanding and support. They guided me through the processes of selling my home and purchasing a new property offering good sensible advice. They were honest and upfront, fair to all parties involved. I felt safe. The atmosphere in the office is one of optimism and cheerfulness. I felt I could phone or pop in anytime and they were always helpful........... No, I 'm not related to any of them! Sometimes Estate Agents get "bad press" but I can't praise Joe, Maddy and Julie highly enough. It was refreshing.

We purchased our first home through Marks and Mann, they were very helpful especially as a first time buyer! They reassured us and made sure we were looked after and understood everything. Louise (our sale progresser) also kept us up to date with any progress during the sale. Julie from the Martlesham office was also especially lovely and helpful.

Their rates are incredibly cheap for an estate agent you can actually go in to. Fortunately we didn’t need to go in much because marks and Mann made our move as stress free as a move can be. Couldn’t recommend them more . Easy 5 stars.

I found Mark's and Mann excellent when selling my Mother's house. The house sold very quickly. Neither my Brother or myself live in the area, but we were kept well updated. Any queries were dealt with quickly. I found the team friendly, efficient and professional.
