I went to the Team after our last sale fell through. Our house was on the market 5 months at the point it fell through. I discussed with Shona who was very helpful. We did a quick photo refresh. I viewed many properties they were selling so I know how proactive the team are for the sellers. When our house went back on it sold within 4 weeks (2 of which were Easter holidays) it was hassle free and I bought my new home with them. The team went above and beyond for me and I truly cannot thank them enough for their skills, knowledge and stress free experience during a stressful time. I will recommend them to everyone as I know they will have the same exceptional experience I did. Thank you to all the team ❤️

I'm really annoyed about the contact. I emailed to arranged a viewing. Was told to call, which I tried to do but there was no answer, so I went back to emailing. I was offered a viewing time and I responded 10 mins later to accept the viewing time and then I got an email 2 days later saying that viewing time isn't available anymore. I again emailed back about 10 mins later and I have heard nothing back. Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you so much for such a positive yet smooth selling experience. I choose home sweetly homes when I bought my previous house three years ago. They were selling the home I bought. I had three failed attempts to move. They were completely understanding and worked with their clients to ensure I didn't lose the sale. That I was always grateful for. When deciding I was selling their market valuation to potential home report mortgage valuation was closest. Secondly no marketing fees meant no upfront costs and locked in fees if house didn't sell. Their fixed fee was highly competitive against other estate agents.A professional service start to finish. Scott and Shona are lovely respectful people, pillars of their local community giving so much back and highly professional when it comes to their estate agent business. Thank you again. 👍

I did not just hire them, I trusted them fully to sell my property and they did not disappoint!I have been unlucky with a couple of sales not progressing but I was third time lucky! They were responding extremely fast, booking several viewings and sending through offers within 24 hours. They were highly responsive, polite and always supportive. I can’t recommend Home Sweet Home enough. From start to finish it was the easiest quickest experience. Leanne checked in with me frequently to keep me updated with what was going on with my property and gave me so much reassurance that I would get my house sold and she was right. It was on the market for no more than 2 weeks and a sale was agreed. The whole team were so helpful and always available. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience or service. The interest in my property that they managed to get by actively advertising it so much on social media was incredible. I can’t thank them all enough and would 100% use them for any future sales and property searches. I called Home Sweet Homes to come out and put our house on the market after a negative experience with another estate agent, that left me feeling stressed. Scott & Shona have went above and beyond (although I'm sure it's just their usual high standards 😂). Our home sold within 48 hours and we were even more pleased when the house we viewed for ourselves was also being sold through them. Scott was great and didn't mind us having a second viewing (it was also his birthday so no pressure to put in an offer haha!) it all worked out and our offer was accepted. Our house hasn’t yet sold, but that’s through no fault of Shona and Scott! I couldn’t not thank them both especially Shona highly enough. She’s been there when I’ve needed to vent because my sellers, lawyers and sellers estate agents aren’t doing their jobs right. They have been there helping me, holding my hand, keeping me informed as much as they can. Even trying to push things. I do hope my house purchase eventually gets to go ahead but I have no doubt that these guys will get my house sold again. I just want to thank you both so much for the efforts you have done. This may be a new business but they aren’t new to this business! From the first contact Scott and his team were very welcoming, understanding yet professional. They offered advice and kept in touch regularly making communication a high priority. Scott was well prepared ahead of the viewings and had several organised for when the property was ready to be viewed which gave us confidence that the property would sell reasonably quickly. Honestly can’t recommend Scott and Shona enough the way they handled everything was first class from the word go. I struggled to do viewings with my shifts etc so they dealt with everything. Also out of hours Scott was always there to answer our questions and always very fast to reply. The flat was sold in the first day with no problems at all for a price I didn’t even imagine we would achieve and Shona was also very flexible with the viewings and this helped so much with the sale. They have set up a great business and take great pride in there work and the price was basically half what everybody else was charging couldn’t believe it for the service they provide. Also Scott was so helpful with advice for bidding for other houses that we were looking at and was always on hand to answer the phone. We formed a great relationship with them both and can’t credit them enough for both the help and advise they provided us. Wish them all the best in the future and anybody that asks I will 100% be recommending them to any friends and family with out any hesitation. Also they provided us with a brilliant mortgage advisor that has been more than helpful as well and saved us a great deal of money.
