⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t recommend Home Sweet Home Estate Agents in Dunfermline highly enough. From the first valuation appointment, they made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. Throughout the process, the whole team was professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Lorraine was especially helpful when it came to answering questions, always quick to respond and happy to explain things in a way that made everything feel much less stressful. They kept me updated after viewings, answered my questions quickly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Their knowledge of the local market was clear, and I always felt they had my best interests at heart. They worked hard to keep things moving! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the personal service really set them apart. Hopefully this is my forever home, but I’ll never stop recommending you guys. If you’re looking for an estate agent that’s friendly, honest, and goes the extra mile, I’d definitely recommend Home Sweet Home. Sue

We let our 1st property out with Scott and was a very smooth journey. Being new landlord's, we thought we would compare and try someone else for our 2nd property, it all went horribly wrong and was rather stressful, but thankfully we were able to return to Scott (with our tail between our legs) who has yet again found a tenant and taken all the stress away from us. Cannot recommend Scott and Home Sweet Home highly enough for lettings. They are approachable , professional and as we found out, very forgiving! They communicate all the way through the process, prompting us where necessary. Lesson learnt for us, we won’t go anywhere else now

Very efficient, amazing service. Scott valued my house on Tuesday 27 of January, He then Instructed a surveyor to contact me and my property was surveyed on Wednesday, the 28th of January. Scott then returned to do the photos the following day and it was on the market the same day. I had viewings the Following Weekend and it was sold by the Monday less than a week after Scott first looked at it. A huge thanks to Scott, Shona and Leanne.

Home Sweet Home Estate Agents of Markinch and Dunfermline have been a revelation! Shona and Scott Galloway are simply brilliant at what they do, market and sell properties. I spoke to Shona first and agreed the sales fee, viewing procedure etc. Scott took the sales pics on Saturday and on Sunday the property was listed on Right Move. Seven days later, after four viewings the property was sold for 6% over the asking price. The missives were concluded and the keys handed over less than a month since it was first listed on Right Move by Home Sweet Home. Shona and Scott are different in that they WANT to sell the properties listed with them and do all that they can to make it happen. When I sell again I will definitely use Home Sweet Home.

Their home visit and valuation process is underpinned by a thorough local knowledge and understanding of the marketplace that made me and my family feel assured that Home Sweet Home were the right estate agents for us. I received an excellent service from Home Sweet Home. I mainly dealt with Scott. He originally came to value my property, and at that point, I got a good feeling that he was the estate agent to use. I also liked the fact of the no sale no fee and that the sale fee is a fixed price. My property was marketed very well on various social media sites with Facebook and Instagram along with Rightmove and Zoopla, etc. The listing was truly excellent, giving a detailed description of the property, showing plenty of photos, and even including the council tax band. Most estate agents don't seem to include the council tax band, which to me is just crazy as council tax can play a key part for some people. My property went on the market on a Thursday midday and was sold the following Tuesday for a price I was very happy with. I never met Isla or Shona in person during the whole process but spoke to them on the phone, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I had a fault free, stress free, outstanding service, and I would certainly use them again or recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone wanting to sell their property.
