Shore Partnership (we dealt with Ben) were nothing but professional, efficient and helpful, from an initial viewing of the property by my partner, a comprehensive online viewing for myself and a second in person viewing Ben was true to his word and dealt personally with all aspects of our purchase, liaising with all solicitors and estate agents in a 5 property chain. The whole process was negotiated seamlessly. Hope not to be moving any time soon, but would definitely use Shore Partnership if I was!

Instead of engaging with our concerns, this company simply and promptly blocks you on Facebook. We’ve had an ongoing series of issues with the development built by the same developer currently working with Shore Partnership in St Agnes. Several residents, myself included, attempted to raise awareness by commenting on a Facebook post where new homes were being promoted, sharing images of the unresolved problems in our own estate as a caution to potential buyers. These were fair and factual contributions based on our lived experience. Instead of engaging with our concerns, we were all promptly blocked. This suggests a worrying lack of willingness to acknowledge or address legitimate feedback from existing homeowners. I would urge prospective buyers to do thorough due diligence and ask detailed questions about past developments before committing. Transparency and accountability are key when investing in a new home.

Ben has been a continuous support through out the selling process. Communicated through out the whole process from who was coming to view the property and any feedback I needed to take on board. Once a buyer was in place it was very much ideal, I met the buyer and we worked so closely ensuring that we could meet their needs. Usually at the last hurdle their are some little sticking issues where Ben was exactly why you need a super agent in place to communicate with all parties & legal so we could proceed to the time lines set in place. We actually bought first through shore partnership, Ben somehow made it feel like matching people to home, as opposed to being on a conveyor belt of viewers. Ben was always ready with advice, even after the sale, when we were looking at other potential projects. So when it then came to selling, naturally there was only one choice for us, Ben and Tim at Shore Partnership. We have just completed on a flat that we bought through Ben Davies and the Shore Partnership. It was over a year between buying it off plan and completion so there was plenty of time for things to go wrong or at least unexpectedly. Nothing of the sort. Ben was friendly, engaged, helpful, professional, thoughtful and present throughout the entire time. He worked closely with the builder and no doubt helped to make the flat better than we had hoped for. We love it and look forward to living in it for years to come. Having lived in the same house for 30+ years, moving was a traumatic experience. It was not helped by the bottom of the chain purchasers being the worst people to deal with (all other parties agreed and also suffered). Ben of ShorePartnership was the hero! Tim and Andrew were professional and courteous. As were moving almost 400 miles the logistics made it difficult for us to complete some tasks ourselves. However, Tim, went out of his way to conduct a FaceTime call to check the boundary of the property we were buying, he also met our removal firm at the new property as we could not get there early enough and then met us later at the new property with the keys, rather than us go to his office. Any queries that we had he speedily followed up with the vendor. We certainly felt that it was a personalised service. Thank you. We shall recommend!
