Their internal communication is first class. Throughout the process, the Luscombe Maye team members kept me updated on the process and went out of their way to support me and answer questions. Joanna and the team at Luscombe Maye were excellent throughout the process of selling our period cottage in Plympton. We were amazed how 3 of the team came to look around before the house went on the market just to make sure they all fully knew the property. The photographer they commissioned was excellent - we had no idea the house could look that good! Their marketing attracted many viewings in the first few days and the house was under offer within 10 days of listing. Once the sale was agreed, the team worked tirelessly with us, other agents in the chain and relevant solicitors to ensure completion on what transpired to be a complicated chain. This was far from straight forward and they excelled at keeping the wheels in a motion. We can thoroughly recommend the service provided by Luscombe Maye when selling our property. Their advice on pricing was realistic. Potential buyers were found within three days of our home going on the open market. Then, what should have been a straightforward sale became protracted because our buyers' solicitors were very inefficient and slow. Thanks to Denise, Joanna and Jason for the great service provided in selling my mothers bungalow. The Sales brochure was well put together, with excellent photos taken by Joanna which maximised the best features of the bungalow. The viewings, handled by Denise and Joanna caused little disturbance to us and feed back was prompt. Once a buyer was found Denise dealt with the process very efficiently. We started to look for a new home in the south hams area back at the beginning of summer. We had concentrated more around the Kingsbridge area until Jason showed us around a lovely barn conversion in Yealmpton. I have recently sold a property in Yealmpton through Luscombe Maye and the service that has been given by Jason, Joanna and Denise in the Yealmpton office has been absolutely first class. The detail given to producing sales literature and advertising was excellent and of course with them all being local people their knowledge of the village really helped. The team quickly found potential buyers to view the property and every viewing was followed up with a feedback report from the viewers, and I was kept informed all the way through. It did not take very long at all before Jason and his team found a buyer for the property and they then set everything into action to ensure a trouble free process to completion. I must add that I personally live over 200 miles from Yealmpton and I was selling the property on behalf of an elderly relative and their consideration at all times was to ensure that the sale went through without causing any stress or worry to my relative for which I was so grateful, and as I was not from the area I found Jasons advice on selling price etc to be invaluable. I highly recommend Luscombe Maye and their Yealmpton office if you are looking to sell a property in the area.
