Crystal, I would like to thank you so very much for putting me in touch with a couple who accept short term lets. You have been incredibly helpful and the couple are very accommodating with permitting my dog. This has been a God send whilst I'm in between properties as predominantly lets are for 6-12 months. You have no idea how grateful I am. I would highly recommend PGM who marketed my house and have assisted with sourcing a short term let.

Following the excellent help and advice we received when buying our cottage, we decided to go with Perkins George Mawer & Co for letting it out. This is our first time letting a property and the whole process has been made very easy. Christian came and viewed the cottage on a Friday, the next week it was on the website and other property letting sites and by the following Monday we had a tenant. They move in this week. So quick! All questions have been answered quickly and everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and efficient. Thank you to all involved.

We rent a home through PGM&Co. They've always been gracious and treated us with the utmost respect. We were do for a biannual inspection, but unfortunately my partner had a health emergency. They rescheduled and gave us extra time to deal with the issues at had. I'm eternally grateful for their patience and consideration.

GoogleAfter my late father passed away, and living hundreds of miles away, I felt it was important to have a local estate agent to handle selling the property. I could have easily used one of the online hybrid agents, but felt someone local with the knweledge and back up was important. I can’t soeak highly enough, right from the word go, to negotiating the right price, they were fantastic to deal with. I accept you may pay a little more, but I believe in you getcwjat you pay for and the selling costs were competitive to start with. It is refreshing in the world of web culture to deal with people and long may it continue. The rental staff at PGM have been superb with us and we have been renting through them for over 15 years. The current team led by Crystal are extremely professional, trustworthy and kind. I have become very fond of them over the years and often talk to them as friends as well as a business. They are also very genuine and because of this you know where you stand at all times. I would not hesitate at all in recommending PGM to anyone whether they be renting, letting, selling or buying. Whichever you are doing you can be sure to get a superb service from all.
