Jane is the worlds BEST ESTATE AGENT!! She truly epitomises 'going above and beyond'. I honestly enjoyed every moment of working with Jane, she is exceptional. I've worked with Jane at Naylors several times now: Sold 2 of my homes me I purchased a home through them On each and every occasion Jane was extremely responsive, helpful and proactive. She is honest, direct and cares deeply about her customers. She is one in a billion, by far the best estate agent out there. I am not the most tidy, organised or reliable client. Yet Jane helped me to ensure the property was spotless the photos, arriving early to move items and perfect the layout. She also provided me with a recommended solicitor, handyman and painter throughout our 2 sales together. When I purchased my property with Naylors, the builder had issues with a document drainage that prevented me from gaining mortgage approval. As I was imminently selling the prior house, Jane managed to work MAGIC and negotiated with the builder me to move into the house on a rental basis, allowing them time to resolve the documentation issues and ensuring I could move into my home and simply complete purchase a few months later at no extra expense to me. It was a win-win approach which Jane had to think outside the box to deliver. I am very thankful to Jane all she has done, you are the best!

We highly recommend using Naylors. Selling our home was made as stress free as possible from start to finish. Jane and William used their years of experience and expertise to guide us through the process, advising us well and ensuring that, not only did we get an excellent offer swiftly, but that it continued all the way to completion. Jane worked tirelessly, liaising with solicitors on both sides and other agents in the chain, so that our sale went through and so did our purchase. Naylors Estate Agents were the Estate Agent for the property that we bought recently. Jane was excellent from start to finish. From initially showing us around the property, she left us to look around in our own time but was on hand when we had any questions. Jane's knowledge of the property and the seller's situation was amazing and really put us at ease when putting in an offer. Once the offer had been lodged and accepted, Jane was in regular contact and it felt like we were her clients as she was always on hand when we needed help with anything. She managed everyone's expectations brilliantly and didn't sit back and wait for the transaction to just happen. Jane was proactive and chased all parties every week to get it over the line. I looked at several properties, used and new, before buying through Jane Armstrong-Wade at Naylors in Harborough. As a buyer from London who knew little about the area, I found Jane, head of sales to be not just professional and responsive but also invaluable in terms of her experience and knowledge of the development and the location. Jane was a delight to deal with and after a lengthy viewing where every question was answered she helped close an ideal transaction with the developer. Jane was totally on the ball and proactive during the conveyance and greatly assisted during the inevitable last minute friction points with solicitors to achieve my time limited goal. I’m writing this looking out of the window, over the fields in our dream home and we would not be here without Jane. It was a rollercoaster ride, not of Jane’s making but she stuck with us and helped along the way. She was available, understanding, and proactive when it mattered. She was very helpful in arranging our property purchase and we were so happy with her that we have instructed her to sell our other house. As a buyer, she never made me feel as though she was only working for the seller and was always happy to answer any questions or emails. Would not hesitate to recommend her or Naylors. We dealt with Jane at Naylors with the purchase of our new home. Really good initial impression from a gentleman that I spoke to in branch. But after my branch visit I rang up the next day , a lady answered, I was interested in another property they have coming on the market…now I’ll take my business elsewhere. I rang up asking for some more details on a property they had under offer in Arthingworth, I explained to her that I understood it was on flood land and had no planning which wasn’t mentioned on the advert so was just curious how they came to the price is was listed at she replied ‘well it’s not my problem anymore if it floods or doesn’t have planning it’s sold’ Knowing that’s how they treat their customers I will never be using them or recommending them to anyone.
