GoogleClearly a cut above the rest: Their attitude is different. The staff in the Oakham branch are attentive and know what they are doing and they all know you by name when you walk in the door. Nobody sits in that office doing their nails, only looking up when they are finished. If, like us, your property is unique or unusual, viewings will be by buyers looking for your sort of property and not by time-wasters. We have already recommended one friend who found the same as us and disengaged with their old agent and is with James Sellicks, now. When we eventually need to sell the house we move into in a few days there will be no hesitation, whatsoever, to call for the people at James Sellicks to help. We will continue to recommend them and we give them our thanks for a good job well done.

The sales particulars were extremely accurate and reproduced as a quality brochure with a good balance of photographs and information including a clear floor plan. We opted to have viewings done for us. This was undertaken in an exceptionally professional manner with clear feedback and we found the whole team working within the sales office to be exceptionally polite and well informed.

FacebookUnlike most estate agents in Oakham, the team at Sellicks are a settled office which provides a huge amount of continuity and a consistent level of service. In an industry where this is a problem, they have got this nailed and the camaraderie between them all makes for a certain sale of any property if you need to move on. If Carlsberg did estate agents...... well you know the rest!

GoogleSuch a proffecional company to deal with from doing viewings whilst we were out to ensuring our best interests were served at every stage.The staff are easy to talk to and in particular very regular updates so we were aware of what was going on at all times.Thankyou all house buying and selling is stressful it’s hard to take the stress out of it but you do your very best for your customers.

In all dealings from first to last the process has been very smooth. All members of staff have been hugely pleasant and helpful, even mopping up a leak before and after a viewing!
