A Very Professional Company!!

A Very Professional Company!! We were kept informed by email of the progress regularly by Conor. This was especially important as we were let down by another Estate agent not keeping us up to-date. We were packed and ready to move but the house we wanted fell through because of lack of communication. We really needed to get moving fast. We saw a house Andrew Granger & Co had for rent viewed it and rented it within a week......big thank you to Anna, Conor, Angela and especially Jilly who followed everything up and made sure we got in for the weekend. Excellent Service

I recently sold my house with Andrew Grangers. I don't usually post reviews, but I thought the service I received was outstanding from start to finish during the whole process. Young Christopher came around to value to property with enthusiasm and a professional attitude. His straightforward approach and realistic valuing of the property made me decide to use Andrew Grangers. Once the property had sold, the other sales team members kept me informed with the progress of the chain on a weekly basis. Near to completion, Yvonne and Alison were of particular help. It was not a straightforward sale with exchange and completion on the same day however things went smoothly. Many thanks to everyone at Andrew Grangers for the quick and relatively pain free sale of my house! I must say, they kept me more informed of progress of the whole chain compared to the estate agents I was buying through. A very professional company and certainly the best estate agents ive dealt with in Market Harborough

Extremely good service when buying from this agent

My only experience of this agent is when buying my current property. The first person to show me around had excellent local knowledge, which influenced my buying decision. The post-offer service I have received from Yvonne has been exemplary: she is prompt, efficient, polite, professional and very personable. The property I'm buying needs a lot of work and so I've had quite a few queries. At no point have I been made to feel that I am a nuisance, and my queries have always been answered the same day - if not within minutes. Should I move home again in future, I would definitely consider using Andrew Granger, especially if their service to sellers is as good as it has been as a buyer.

I have had Andrew Granger as the managing agent for a property I let out since 2006. The team have always provided an excellent service, ensuring tenants are fully checked prior to agreement to let, and subsequently monitoring the tenancy to any issues are delt with swiftly and effectively. They are also excellent at communicating effectively, letting me know what is going on, and where problems have arisen, suggesting solutions where appropriate. Professional, helpful and friendly letting agent in Market Harborough

My husband and I needed a flat for one year while on sabbatical in the UK. Couldn't ask for a better experience. My initial enquiry was dealt with quickly by Conor and then I was passed on to Anna. After viewing the property I agreed to start the tenancy. The proceeding steps where as smooth as you can get: Straight forward paper work. Friendly staff. Could not be more helpful in finding house to rent

We decided to move to Market Harborough and were looking for a house to rent. We found one we liked which was advertised through Andrew Granger & Co, we contacted Andrew Granger and were introduced to their rental people who then arranged for us to view the property in question, we liked the property and then completed all necessary paperwork, We found them friendly and very helpful and all was completed without any fuss. We have since had a couple of problems with the house which were swiftly sorted out. Very pleased with the service and all the personnel involved with this move for us.

Slow, indifferent, chancers. Act like they're doing you a favour.

One salesperson in particular is a complete chancer. Felt like we were buying a used car. Felt like they thought they were doing us a favour. We gave up trying to buy a house.. We needed two basic, totally normal questions answered before putting in our offer, but the staff member we kept having to deal with could not be bothered passing our questions to the vendor. When we called to follow up, the only thing he asked was 'did you want to put in an offer?' Yes, obviously, but first we needed our questions answered! We finally gave up and completed on a different house through a more professional agency. That house is still on the market. Wish we could let the vendor know.

Rude & unhelpful

As a renter we were in a position to pay a large lump sum up front but needed to move in quickly but Andrew Granger don't work quickly and clearly don't care if they lose potential rental income for their landlords. I rent properties out and I am very glad they are not managing my properties. They treat anyone renting from them with a snobby disdain and I found two staff members in particular to be very unhelpful! Customer service certainly lacking - how disappointing. Think twice before using them, other local agents are far more pleasant to deal with and can think outside of the box and use their common sense!
