I have had Andrew Granger as the managing agent for a property I let out since 2006. The team have always provided an excellent service, ensuring tenants are fully checked prior to agreement to let, and subsequently monitoring the tenancy to any issues are delt with swiftly and effectively. They are also excellent at communicating effectively, letting me know what is going on, and where problems have arisen, suggesting solutions where appropriate. I am grateful for their diligence, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a managing agent for a property they wish to let.

The sage and sound advice given by the agent Peter Buckingham was exemplary and crucially helpful in getting the purchase across the line in far from straight forward circumstances because of the nature of the property. Peter Buckingham was wise, helpful and at all times realistic in the advice he offered and his team were always charming helpful and supportive as we sought out the property of our dreams. We could hardly have been better served.

We have dealt with Anna Eldridge for our new tenancy, who has been really friendly, helpful and highly professional throughout. The tenancy fees and charges are high, however the service we've received so far has been excellent. After dealing with a continually appalling service from our current agency this makes a refreshing and welcome change!

A Very Professional Company!! We were kept informed by email of the progress regularly by Conor. This was especially important as we were let down by another Estate agent not keeping us up to-date. We were packed and ready to move but the house we wanted fell through because of lack of communication. We really needed to get moving fast. We saw a house Andrew Granger & Co had for rent viewed it and rented it within a week......big thank you to Anna, Conor, Angela and especially Jilly who followed everything up and made sure we got in for the weekend. A week and one day we had moved in we were very impressed!! What a great team!! We would strongly recommend Andrew Granger & Co 1st class service. Mary Mc Hugh

My husband and I needed a flat for one year while on sabbatical in the UK. We are from Canada and really appreciated how helpful, friendly and professional Andrew Granger and Co were in assisting us with finding a suitable flat on our first visit to Market Harborough along with assisting us with completing some of the initial paperwork from afar. Our move in was very smooth and any time we had a problem with something in the flat, they were great to deal with and things were always resolved quickly. First agents I’ve used as a tenant and they have been brilliant. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and the staff are professional yet friendly. I have dealt with Anna throughout most of my tenancy and she has been fantastic throughout. I would definitely recommend Grangers, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I recently sold my house with Andrew Grangers. I don't usually post reviews, but I thought the service I received was outstanding from start to finish during the whole process. Young Christopher came around to value to property with enthusiasm and a professional attitude. His straightforward approach and realistic valuing of the property made me decide to use Andrew Grangers. Once the property had sold, the other sales team members kept me informed with the progress of the chain on a weekly basis. Near to completion, Yvonne and Alison were of particular help. It was not a straightforward sale with exchange and completion on the same day however things went smoothly. Many thanks to everyone at Andrew Grangers for the quick and relatively pain free sale of my house! I must say, they kept me more informed of progress of the whole chain compared to the estate agents I was buying through. A very professional company and certainly the best estate agents ive dealt with in Market Harborough
