Just completed a move from Derby back to Lincolnshire. Throughout the process, I bought and sold my properties with EweMove Estate Agents in Spalding. Throughout that process I dealt with a lady called Lisa Pursglove. In short, Lisa was outstanding. There were some problems with the initial Exchange and Complete but that was the fault of solicitors. However, Lisa remained thoroughly professional and unlike some others in the process, Lisa demonstrated a sense of urgency to get the process completed and supported myself throughout the whole House Move. She is a real diamond and an absolute credit to Ewemove. Lisa was fantastic, she answered all of the querys we had with haste, no matter how vague or particular, we can't thank her enough for her hard work, excellent manner, and for continued ongoing support and help with guidance. We have been raving about EweMove and Lisa to everyone we have spoken to. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and could answer any questions we had. After having viewed properties all across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk we had a varied view of different estate agents, from awful time-keeping to Just not really wanting to be there, with short responses, not engaging at all and no idea of the properties prospects or local amenities etc. Lisa was the polar opposite to this. She was honestly brilliant, had clearly done her research about the area and yes, although a lot of things can be found on the properties past on the internet, she knew about the here and now, to save us trawling for hours through google and zoopla doing more in depth research, especially in todays house buying climate she gave us enough knowledge to be able to confidently put an offer in on the property from viewing 1. When looking for a house in a new location you start off a bit unsure about the exact processes or who is trusted for certain services, we emailed Lisa regarding a level 3 survey on the property, could she point us in the right direction etc or is she able to advise at around 4pm on a friday and by 4:30 on the same day CWH surveyors had been arranged and organised. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for all future ventures. We wish them all the best for the future and hope they keep up the outstanding work!
