GoogleYour Move took over the management of the block of flats I live in in 2022. I was intrigued to see how they would differ from their predecessor, and have been generally very happy ever since. We have developed a professional relationship that works, and I've been so glad to see that they have been careful about finding tenants for the block who are friendly and neighbourly. If I ask a question, they give a straight answer, and that's wonderfully refreshing and welcome. I recommend Your Move to others whole-heartedly.

GoogleBeing an international nurse, I've found Your Move Estate to be one of the best services in margate so far. JULIETTE the manager was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk. She took me to see a modern property which was just the right fit for me and my family. She gave us some tips when it comes to energy saving, places to buy furnitures for your place and clothes. She guided us in the right direction and that's very important when you come to a new place for the very first time. Will keep using them in the future and I wish them the best success in their business!

Answered any questions that i had, i would highly recommend going with Your Move when looking for properties. GoogleI would not recommend using them, my inventory was taken a month before I moved in and missed off a lot of issues the flat had, emails not replied too when I had issues. When I moved out they didn't respond to emails for 3 weeks when they had the move out inventory and charged me a extortionate fee considering the flat was cleaner when I left it than moved in.

GoogleSam (Margate office) was terrific from start to finish in helping my elderly in-laws market and sell their house. They hadn’t moved in 50yrs and Sam helped them through each step of the way, with great communication between them and myself, as I was point of contact for most electronic correspondence and following up on queries etc they had. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the previous tenant was unwilling to allow access to the property due to covid (understandable) but also refused to sent video and photos (................), therefore I had to decide to rent with almost no images of the flat. Kristina from YourMove was supporting and answered all my questions promptly.
