Always extremely pleasant and helpful, allowing multiple viewings with some going on well after hours to accommodate our schedules, as well as letting us in after the sale going being processed. On completion day, Katy even came to meet us at the property at 10pm (we needed to pick the keys up pre-6pm at the office) as we were coming from so far and had a nightmare move-in day/were hours behind schedule.
