Emma Penfold you are an asset to wards you have made my mums dream come true. What an amazing lady Emma has been incredible in supporting what turned out to be a very complicated purchase. From the start she has gone above and beyond her knowledge and guidance has got us through this purchase, at times we got to the point of giving up but Emma kept on encouraging us to continue the sale has now been completed and we pick up the keys tomorrow. (AT LONG LAST). Thank you so much Emma your an absolute star, it's a shame you are off tomorrow but will pop in and see you soon we cant wait to meet you in person. I recently exchanged on a house which I found through Wards. Katy saw me through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the service and support. On a particularly busy day viewing houses with Wards, she drove me to them to save me getting taxis - that's just one example of her above and beyond help. She was easily contactable and happy to answer any and all queries, irrespective of how silly they were. Without her and the wider team at Wards, this process would have been 10x more tedious and stressful. She bridged the communication gap between the seller and I which helped to keep the ball rolling. I cant recommend her or Wards enough when buying a house!

Purchased a property through these and despite all the delays the solicitor caused Wards were always on the ball. Arranging surveys with the sellers directly for us, keeping us informed of everything via telephone rather than snail mail like "some" people. From the viewing with Katy to updates from Emma and Victoria it always made my day hearing from them as it was always progreession news. 5 stars everyday.
