Worst experience so far as a tenant with a lettings agent. Rude, sarcastic employees. Communication is shocking, we seem to be doing their admin for the property which is taking a lot of time out of our actual jobs. If you are tenants, avoid miles and barr at all costs.

had a viewing booker for today,the lady who carried out the viewing couldnt answer any basic questions so she clearly hasnt been trained,not at all helpful not her thought as they shouldnt have sent her.information certainly not upto date and true on the details,waste of my time

GoogleGreat! Except for one major thing. Left an outer door completely unlocked. Only did one of 2 locks on the inner door. Not bothered when I complained, just said 'well, it was locked' which I already knew. Didn't take this very serious issue of trust seriously. Shocked by this and the response.

Deal office and Shelley in particular was helpful in securing our new home, it was a difficult transaction at times but with persistence we managed between us to get the solicitors moving and finally got the deal over the line. Very happy in our new home. Highly recommended.

I had a lot of difficulties communicating with the letting agents from other agencies. Miles & Barr however was able to arrange viewings and submit applications within the hour. Kerrie especially helped me liaison with the landlord quickly and efficiently, so that all parties were happy with the contract. Brilliant service!
