I strongly urge anyone thinking of using Sharman Quinney letting agents to reconsider.They are extremely incompetent, unprofessional and will say and do anything to get your business.Utterly untrustworthy.

Disastrous. Avoid like the plague. Or just wear a hazmat suit. If you can't afford a hazmat, try and keep some of your deposit to hand in case of emergency. Or, much easier, avoid these crooks and go elsewhere.

Branch staff helpful and communicative, but the central accounts team do appear to consistently make errors on statements which regularly need follow up and correction.

Go elsewhere, selling my property during covid with them was a miserable experience. It took 21 weeks to COMPLETE even when I had a buyer. Save your energy and money go elsewhere.

They pay no heed to timescales for returning tenants deposit after agreement with landlord when your tenancy is finished. Stay away from this company if you are renting
