GoogleI would strongly advise caution when dealing with this estate agent. My experience was extremely disappointing, they were dishonest, used underhanded tactics, and were consistently rude and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and instead of offering support or guidance, I was met with hostility and dismissive behaviour.
Buying or selling a property is stressful enough without having to deal with an agent who lacks transparency and basic courtesy. There are far better agents out there who treat their clients with honesty and respect.

GoogleHaving spoken to Carson on monday morning 7th july, i felt confident my query would be answered. Not hearing anything i rang again thursday 10th july 4pm and left a message, no reply. Friday 11th a man answered didnt give his name. 12.20 ish pm.He was unhelpful almost couldnt be bothered ( forgot to ask his name) i felt like i was being a nuisance, being fobbed off, wasnt happy with his attitude. I am a client of Maxey grounds and feel this treatment was uncalled for.
