GoogleI would strongly advise caution when dealing with this estate agent. My experience was extremely disappointing, they were dishonest, used underhanded tactics, and were consistently rude and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and instead of offering support or guidance, I was met with hostility and dismissive behaviour. Buying or selling a property is stressful enough without having to deal with an agent who lacks transparency and basic courtesy. There are far better agents out there who treat their clients with honesty and respect.

GoogleHaving spoken to Carson on monday morning 7th july, i felt confident my query would be answered. Not hearing anything i rang again thursday 10th july 4pm and left a message, no reply. Friday 11th a man answered didnt give his name. 12.20 ish pm.He was unhelpful almost couldnt be bothered ( forgot to ask his name) i felt like i was being a nuisance, being fobbed off, wasnt happy with his attitude. I am a client of Maxey grounds and feel this treatment was uncalled for.

GoogleUseless, slow, unresponsive and rude. We are a tenant of Maxey and the whole experience has been extremely trying. The main agent we had to deal with has the social skills of a boa constrictor. You would meet him at the property and he would stand staring at his phone ignoring you. You would literally have to stand next to him and loudly say "hello?" then he would mumble and indicate towards the building. This was not just my experience but others too. The process from that point on was extremely slow. I believe Maxey added at least 6 weeks to what should have been a very straightforward process. Worse still now we are in the property they didn't inform other tenants of our presence and another tenant locked a gate blocking our access to our premises. Maxey are closed on Sunday and have no emergency number so we could not get access and had to pay for an hours worth of time for the tradesmen who couldn't get in. Maxey stated they had given us a key which was incorrect. Not only this but the tenant who locked the gate said that Maxey do not have the key for the gate anyway. Zero apology from Maxey. Instead they rudely blamed me for not using the key they hadn't given me which they never had. They ignore emails unless you specifically call them out. Honestly, I don't know how they get any repeat business. Genuinely the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

GoogleCarson showed me around the property, he clearly has good knowledge of the property and area. Even though I hadn’t booked a viewing, Carson accommodated me and showed me the property. I wasn’t rushed at all, in fact, I was made to feel I could take my time looking round. Carson was professional, friendly and a delight to deal with.

GoogleAttentive service, excellent portrayal of property with photos & walk through video included. Communication regular and seemed very much both 'on call' and 'on the ball' during the process, with both sets of solicitors and direct with buyer, leading to sucessful sale.
