GoogleHaving put my property on with two other estate agents I didn't want to look desperate putting in the paper with a third . So I suggested to the manager that if they wanted to market they could provided they only advertised in the window . They seemed somewhat confident that as they were in a prominent town centre position they would sell it without newspaper or internet adverts , and sure enough within 10 days they had not only sold it but also achieved the full asking price . So all round very happy .

The second buyer was excellent and the sale completed within 5 weeks. The team at Haart were fantastic throughout the sale and worked extremely hard to secure a sale for my property. Special thanks go to Gary for being patient with all my enquiries and taking charge of the second sale like a dog with a bone.

GoogleOur experience started off well but quickly deteriorated. We were trying to sell our flat with Haart. Felt like they were working against us, not with us. It was an uphill struggle to get feedback from a viewing and would deal with every one in the office with little communication between them. When we had secured a property we were told there was "no pressure" and "no rush" to sell ours as the person we were buying from had found no where, by this time we had been on the market for 6 months. Would not recommend!

FacebookAwful estate agents! Didn’t show up to at least 3 viewings I booked with them a few weeks back. On Tuesday I was shown round a few properties and I put in an offer for full asking price. The manager Garry asked me if I would go £5k over, advised no! So two days later still no reply. Rang Haart and spoke with Garry who said that the vendor is still considering my offer for full asking price and is worried I may want them to move out sooner than they wanted. Advised I could make arrangements to accommodate vendor. Asked Garry to call them and he reply was people in March don’t like to be pushed! Reminded Garry that asking for a response is not considered being pushy in my mind! Advised I had looked at another house and made an offer but that I would withdraw the offer if the house Haart had shown me was a possibility. Garry’s response was go with the other house then. I seriously question if Garry even told the vendors I had made an offer. In short my opinion of Haart is very poor and unprofessional! Save yourself hassle and go elsewhere!

GoogleI contacted the agency on two separate occasions, and very politely asked if they could complete the task they had been instructed to do (which they were supposed to do without me chasing it up anyway). Both times I was told "sure, no problem, all done for you", only to find out weeks later it was not done.
Edit: changed to 3 stars as Agency has acknowledged issue and is trying to resolve.

GoogleRussell Octave visited our home for valuation purposes. Having already been very helpful on the phone, I was pleased to find that he was the same in person. He had a laid back but still professional approach, he took his time to understand our home and that felt to me like he was taking a real interest, rather than just rushing around, having a quick look and spouting a quick figure off the top of his head (like I have experienced before with other agents). As we are not entirely sure what we want to do at present, I appreciated that he didn't push and was not at all 'salesy', leaving the decision totally in our hands, other than to say he was there to help if we needed anything. Nice to meet a fresh approach kind of estate agent!

GoogleIf you rent beware, they will contact your landlord and then make you homeless. FACT. Update I have given you more time than I ever wanted to do in the first place, I have spoken to one of your previous customer's and I told them what you have done and they said that you "the estate agent" actually encouraged them to go and look round different properties to see if there's anything else they would like look at and they were also told that you "the estate agent" would see what they could do if they saw something they liked that wasn't in your "the estate agent" listings.
