An unanticipated length of time until completion then took place due to factors unconnected with EW. At every stage during this time Charlotte, Louise and Natalie kept me well informed by phone or email. Their quick responses, updates and positive attitude removed much of the stress and hassle usually involved in property transactions. They are a first-class team and I highly recommend the firm.

A big thumbs up to Ellis Winters and in particular Charlotte. Professional throughout and very proactive. We were kept up to speed from start to finish on a weekly basis and she even managed to push our purchase over the line and complete in time for Christmas, despite constantly battling a different, not so pro active estate agent who was dealing with my property sale at the bottom of the chain. My partner and I just bought a house with Ellis Winters and we have been really impressed with the service. Charlotte was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every stage - I have lost count of the amount of times I got a quick phone call from her to tell me what is going on! As first time buyers we were not 100% sure on how the process worked and she was very helpful when we did have questions. We were able to move from starting legal proceedings to completion in just over 2 months, which is far quicker than we could have ever hoped for and I know Ellis Winters played a big role in helping us get there.
