GoogleWe purchased our property through Ellis Winters. Being first time buyers it has been hard to get our head around things. Louise has been absolutely amazing and the most helpful. Any queries I had she would reply back to me within minutes and no questions I asked were to silly. So grateful for Louise and the Ellis Winters team, they have made the process so much more easier and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked to work with a better estate agency.

GoogleFrom start to finish Kate and the team at Ellis Winters March were fantastic. Booking the viewings was really easy, especially with them being open on a Sunday (something we didn't find with many other estate agents) and the online portal provided was a nice touch, especially as it allowed us to submit an offer on a property out of office hours. We were able to arrange multiple viewings of the property with ease and never felt like an inconvenience asking for another booking. Throughout the buying process our emails were always responded to quickly, as first time buyers we had a lot of questions and they were always answered, or we were directed to another party to find the answers. I can't recommend Kate and the team highly enough and would look to them first for any future property purchases.

GoogleCharlotte has been my main contact at EW dealing with this particular transaction. I have always found Charlotte to be very helpful, polite and professional. She has kept me informed and updated along the way and nothing has been too much trouble. It has been a pleasure to deal with her. In fact everyone I have spoken to (Louise, Charlotte and Terry) have been great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ellis Winters in the future or indeed to recommend them.

GoogleMy leasehold property was sold very quickly following the recommended asking price from Ellis Winters. An unanticipated length of time until completion then took place due to factors unconnected with EW. At every stage during this time Charlotte, Louise and Natalie kept me well informed by phone or email. Their quick responses, updates and positive attitude removed much of the stress and hassle usually involved in property transactions. They are a first-class team and I highly recommend the firm.

GoogleA big thumbs up to Ellis Winters and in particular Charlotte. Professional throughout and very proactive. We were kept up to speed from start to finish on a weekly basis and she even managed to push our purchase over the line and complete in time for Christmas, despite constantly battling a different, not so pro active estate agent who was dealing with my property sale at the bottom of the chain. GoogleWe used Ellis winters to sell and buy our new house and they were great from day one!! They chased the sale the whole way through and gave us updates without fail every week. We would recommend them to everyone, Charlotte was a star in the whole process but the rest of the team were fantastic too. We couldn't praise them all enough!

GoogleMy partner and I just bought a house with Ellis Winters and we have been really impressed with the service. Charlotte was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every stage - I have lost count of the amount of times I got a quick phone call from her to tell me what is going on! As first time buyers we were not 100% sure on how the process worked and she was very helpful when we did have questions. We were able to move from starting legal proceedings to completion in just over 2 months, which is far quicker than we could have ever hoped for and I know Ellis Winters played a big role in helping us get there. Thanks to all of the team for making our purchase so smooth!
