Professional, helpful, supportive and friendly

From day one of Paisley's coming out to value my home/business I had a good feeling about them, even though they are a smaller/newer company to the others I had out my gut told me they were they right choice and the didn't disappoint in any way. They sold my property within a few months and we then bought our new home from them, they were with us every step of the way, friendly but always professional, I would highly recommend. Particular thanks to Andrew and James at the Almondbury branch.

Set this firm on to find a tenant for a house in Darton. Within two weeks they found a long term tenant. Will rent a property to you covered in damp, then expect you to take weeks off work to accommodate them to try and sort it out, also expecting you to pay the full rent not offering any discount or a free month to accommodate the work. Then when you can’t lose the money having the time off work they end the tenancy. Diabolical
