Oh my goodness, where to start! We chose Paisley Properties for our house sale. From the moment that Katie came to value our house to the final day of handing over the keys we felt really well looked-after and that we really mattered. All the team at Paisley's in Skelmanthorpe were amazing, our questions were answered quickly and we were certainly listened to. When things got a bit stressful Nicki was always a calming presence on the other end of the phone. They sorted out our lovely rental property until we find our forever home. Amazing experience - Amber from Paisley Properties Mapplewell was brilliant throughout. We moved to Australia half way through the move and left the formalities of the house sale with Amber. She kept us up to date and chased the solicitors (both ours and the buyers) when required. We chose paisleys because we really wanted a small family firm instead of the larger well known chains. This was the best decision we made . They were professional from the start. They made it personal and kept us updated every step of the way. They keep an handle on all parts of the chain to ensure it runs smoothly. I have to give a special mention to Amber who was an absolute star. She went above and beyond with what proves to be a very stressful move. I recently sold my home with Paisley's and feel compelled to give them an outstanding review. Firstly I will name Leonie who first visited me and valued the property. 4 days after Leonie put in on the market I had a buyer. This was around the Christmas holiday and even on Christmas day Paisley's representatives contacted me 3 times by telephone to keep me updated. I don't know any propery businesses that care about their customers like this.Finally the house was sold to a very good and decent couple which finalised everything beautifully.Jenine was also very customer focused and frequently kept me in the know. I am very pleased with the service Paisley's provided me.

After having 3 Estate Agent valuations we chose Paisleys as they were located in our area and knew the local market very well. The online sales brochure was very impressive being produced to a high standard. We had a good number of viewings straight away, conducted by the agent staff and we were kept informed through emails. Weekly updates were emailed through so we knew what was happening. Our proprty was sold within 3 weeks and we were very happy the staff did everything for us, liasing with our solicitor and the chain estate agents. It was a trouble free process. The fee was very acceptable.

Paisley Properties (Almondbury Office) were the Estate Agents who handled both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We would like to thank the staff who we dealt with regularly, James, Hazel, Amber-Rose and Andrew for making both processes go smoothly and with a minimum of stress (although there is always some). They were always friendly, professional and knowledgeable whenever we contacted them for help or advice. Rang to book a valuation on my property, no answer and no call back. Emailed an enquiry through and had a response but was only offered one available time slot. Had to cancel my appointment the evening before but are still yet to receive acknowledgment of my email nor the option to rebook. Correspondence from this company is non existent. Will be going with an estate agent who knows how to answer the phone and doesn’t mind speaking to their clients.

We have recently sold our property using Paisley’s and could not recommend them highly enough. They were professional, customer focused and efficient from the start. They quickly came and valued our property and soon had it listed for sale with a high quality brochure and photographs. They also took care of extra details such as arranging for an EPC. The Mapplewell team efficiently arranged all viewings and guided us through all the feedback and offers and enabled us to agree a quick sale. Where however the team really excelled (where so many other Estates Agents fail), was with the after sale service. They kept in touch on a frequent basis after our sale had been agreed. PROTECT YOUR DATA IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES THIS ESTATE AGENT!

If I could give a minus score I would! They Published our vehicle with its registration clearly visible. The photo featured on a neighbouring properties details, it was uploaded to their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, it was not visible from the roadside. The information also contained our address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing to them and they responded by saying they would not communicate with us about this matter. Shocking! No acknowledgment of this error, no explanation as to how it had happened and no apology for this potential data breach. Disgusting and unprofessional, and this was the owner of the business.
