She has really gone the extra mile to get our house on the market and sold quickly. The photos of our house and the online advertising via RightMove and Staton and Cushley’s social media accounts were very professional. She has kept us informed at every stage of the sale, and we also purchased a house through them and again, we cannot fault the service. It really has been a pleasure dealing with Staton and Cushley. GoogleAnyone looking to sell their property, then I would 100% reccomend Staton and Cushley. From start to finish Danielle and her team were amazing, they went over and above when dealing with our sale. The solicitors were dragging their heals and at points I thought it would never happen but Danielle was always there chasing them and getting the answers, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and as it was our late father's home she was extremely sensitive to the situation and dealing with things we found difficult. GoogleBreaking the mindset of estate agents! From our first contact with Staton and Cushley we knew this was the estate agent we wanted to sell our property. I can’t praise Danielle high enough, her professional approach in outlining what S & C would be offering, a bank of clients wanting the size of our property ensured a quick sale. Going live on the internet on Friday, having 4 confirmed viewings by 5pm that day our property was sold the following Tuesday. We receive regular updates on the sales process, liaising with our solicitors and those in the chain, it has taken the stress out of the sales process. Danielle is backed by a first class team who also go that little extra to keep the client in the sales loop. GoogleHad a poor experience with a national branded estate agent who gave very poor advice to try and force a sale. Danielle and the team have been great from the start, the property was professionally advertised and online very quickly. Good interest despite the market and negotiated a fairly quick sale. Kept up to date throughout the solicitors process and overall can’t fault the service. I will use again if I ever need to and would definitely recommend.

Always kept us completely up to date and aware of what was happening. Right from the first phone call I made to enquire about valuations I just knew they were going to be a great team to work with. They were so helpful. Danielle came to value the property and was absolutely fantastic at answering questions we had. The following day we met the lovely Shanelle who came to do the photos. We were so happy with those. Shanelle did an amazing job. Our house was live on Right move that same day and sold with 72 hours! All the staff have been fantastic. Everyone’s so warm and friendly.
