Staton & Cushley was one of four local estate agents we asked for an valuation to sell our family home. The asking price was at the higher end of those we received. Everything was handled by email or phone. The first person viewing made an offer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market. We completed recently.Danielle did the valuation. She was professional but her communication was relaxed and friendly. The process was smooth and the for sale sign went up the same week! She was confident in her approach and seemed to have good knowledge of the local housing market. There was no request for extras to be done to ensure the house sold (it was already being refurbished to a very good standard). All this helped us to feel confident in putting the sale into their hands. I would definitely recommend Danielle and the company.

Best estate agents we have use (and we've used a few). Danielle was excellent at explaining everything and getting us ready to get onto the market, her photos and videos really showcased our home perfectly too which helped get lots of viewings in. Then Rosie and the rest of the team were amazing at supporting us through the viewings and process even when we unfortunately lost a buyer and had to start the process again. Cannot recommend more highly!!! I have used lots of different estate agents in the past and alway ended up being let down or disappointed, I was recommended to use Staton and Cushley through a friend and can honestly say they have been fantastic in selling my house particularly Shanelle who came out to value the property and took photos the same day which were fantastic, she really took her time to get good photos, did a good write up and I think it even went up on the market that same day!!!
