I would highly recommend this estate agent. These guys go above and beyond to help the buyer and the seller. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them. They are professional and polite. I was a seller and 100% satisfied. Fully recommend.

TrustpilotIncredible experience
What can i say about open house and Craig and simon. We received first class service, we recommend them to everyone we talk to about selling a house. They sold the house within a week of it of going on the market, they kept us well informed by phone or email. They did the viewings themselves on our behalf. It was seamless from start to finish. Great guys with a great business putting customers first.

TrustpilotExcellent service
Excellent service, Craig and Simon kept us well informed from the beginning of sale right up to the moving day, could phone and discuss matters anytime of day. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again if I decide to move in the future.

TrustpilotProfessional & Patient
Always spoke to us on our level of understanding. We had a series of issues to deal with, none being the fault of the estate agents, and had two earlier potential sales fall-through; and through all of this Craig & Simon showed great patience and did all they possibly could to keep the final sale from collapsing after several issues beyond our control. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Denis. It was a pleasure dealing with you and thanks for your prompt assistance along the way. Craig and Simon Open House Estate Agents Mansfield
