GoogleOpen House Estate Agents are the one! We have three properties in which they made the lettings process so simple its like we had ti do nothing! They completed everything and now i can relax ans not have to worry about my tenants. Great proce too!

Sorry you had a bad experience with Open House. We pride ourselves on good customer service and for that reason Allan has not been part of the Open House network for over 2 years.

What can i say about open house and Craig and simon. We received first class service, we recommend them to everyone we talk to about selling a house. They sold the house within a week of it of going on the market,they kept us well informed by phone or email. They did the viewings themselves on our behalf. It was seamless from start to finish. Great guys with a great business putting customers first.

I have recently used Open House Mansfield Estate Agents to sell my property, Simon and Craig came to meet me face to face to give me a valuation, took excellent photos to use on their website, and I had a sale within days. Simon and Craig kept me informed throughout the whole process from beginning to end, I could call on them at any given time and they would answer any questions I had. They kept in touch with both mine and the buyers solicitors to keep the process moving forward. Excellent, Professional and Friendly service, I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to put there property on the market, with very competitive prices, not like a shop or online. 5 stars all round, Thank You.

FacebookAbsolutely awful estate agent. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded like she didn’t want to be there. She was not helpful at all. I arranged a viewing at a property an hour and a half away from my home and when I got there the viewer told me it was already sold. They also knew nothing about the area they were selling in and didn’t seem bothered to help in any way. The worst service I’ve experienced

FacebookI would definitely recommend Open House Estate Agents to anyone wanting to sell their house. Craig and Simon were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They kept in touch regularly and when I rang them they answered straight away. They arranged loads of viewings and our house was soon sold. Great friendly attitude and I felt like we became friends straight away, rather than customers. Thank you Craig and Simon x

Always spoke to us on our level of understanding. We had a series of issues to deal with, none being the fault of the estate agents, and had two earlier potential sales fall-through; and through all of this Craig & Simon showed great patience and did all they possibly could to keep the final sale from collapsing after several issues beyond our control. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

FacebookThis is my first rental moving out of my parents house, I’ve been here just over 2 months. The lack of empathy of open house staff Toward myself and my room mates is disgusting, nobody communicates with each other, you speak to 5 different people about the same problem and nobody has a clue what your talking about. Leaks through the ceiling, furniture that is unusable, mould, dirty stained walls, doors, broken washing machine, broken freezer ‘a cleaner’ who comes for 20 minutes when she fancies normally with her boyfriend, they just sweep up a few things then leave, I do all the communal cleaning, never address any problems, would never ever ever ever ever rent from them again ever. Only want your money, it’s not their house that they have to live in so they don’t really care... Problems reported but more than 3 house mates yet nothing been done. They shuv all old doors and furniture in the garden literally lobbed with no care in the world.

FacebookI used Open House, Warrington to sell my house and can’t recommend them enough. Luke went over and above what any estate agent would normally do during the whole sale process from start to end. Viewings were organised and dealt with and I accepted an offer within approximately 8 weeks of the house going up for sale. Fantastic service!

FacebookStafford Open House have been fantastic. I own a few rental properties and Rob and his team have been simply wonderful. They have advertised the properties very professionally, found me perfect tenants for the houses, having shown them around. Completed checks on the tenants and written wonderful water tight contracts, as well as completing a full inventory of the house (including pictures) and all for half a months rent! You would be mad not to use them! Sara
