GoogleHave used Martin & Co for the best part of 20 years. From the start working with Stuart with help in purchasing three properties to let. Over the years have now come out of the market and have just sold my last property with Martin & Co who were as usual very helpful and found me the perfect buyer. I would really recommend Martin & Co to anyone thinking of buying, selling or renting a property!

GoogleI did warn the lovely people at Martin & Co that this wouldn’t be an easy sale, however I think we all underestimated just how frustrating, infuriating, and difficult this would be. Despite the many, many hurdles along the way, we have finally completed. Being an estate agent myself, I would have sacked us as vendors long ago! So a huge thanks to all the staff that were involved in this rollercoaster of a sale, your patience, and determination to see it through to the end is so very much appreciated!

GoogleFollowing a failed attempt of sale with another agent, I opted to try Martin & Co in the hope that I would have a better service and interaction. Sadly the previous agent were not proactive in any way but after moving to Martin & Co I immediately noticed a big difference. They were efficient, provided me with weekly call updates, chased viewers to confirm attendance and for follow up feedback. Unfortunately my home was a little slow to sell but that's purely due to its location, however once a sale was agreed, I received continued support and updates and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Vanessa and Sarah. 👍

GoogleThe housing market is not easy to navigate nowadays and the agents are from top class to downright appalling, as I've found during the last few months. I chose Martin & Co after having several agents visit me to show me their companies sales pitch & doing the usual Internet searches. I haven't looked back, Vanessa, Julie and Sarah have been amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind, not once did I have to chase for updates. Each Friday if nothing had happened I would get a call from Julie just to let me know I hadn't been forgotten. I can't thank the team enough for taking care of me and making, what is, a very stressful thing to do, a much more pleasant one. You get good old fashioned service with a smile. Thank you.

The process is seamless. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you can speak to Vanessa, Sarah or Julie and they know your case. They are a small team and are able to provide a first class, professional and personal service. Vanessa, in particular, has been there for the whole time I've had dealings with them. She is very knowledgeable about the property market in general and will go above and beyond, as they all do, to help owners as well as future tenants or purchasers. This time they are selling my house and I had no reservations in choosing Martin & Co again. My house went on the market and they found a buyer straight away - you can't get better than that! They have kept me informed of the progress of the sale and will always reply to emails or answer the phone if I call. GoogleMany thanks to Sarah and the rest of the team. They resolved an issue with my front door (door had dropped so was struggling to close & lock it) very quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who fixed it still came out in the horrendous weather despite a number of the roads being flooded. Great service :-)

Sarah and Vanessa were amazing. I chose them over others after viewing houses myself as a 'buyer' and was really impressed with how they followed up my viewing and tried to offer my different properties when the one I went for wasn't for me. My property was put on Zoopla and Rightmove on the same day they came to view and take photos and it was sold within 3 days. Even after the buyer pulled out after 2 weeks they were reassuring and when the property was put back up for sale was sold again within a week. Don't pay over the odds with other companies when Sarah and Vanessa do an amazing job and ensure they follow up from your viewings!!

An excellent service from all staff at Martin and co who were involved in the sale of my house. This sale was not great due to the first buyer pulling out on the day of exchange and then a complete mess was made by shacklocks solicitors in Mansfield when the second buyer got involved. Searches were forgotten about and they were really slow dealing with things, also they have to send everything out via post prolonging the sale immensely. The solicitor also left the company during the sale too for what ever reason and management had to step in. With all the above in mind Martin &co kept me updated and chased and chased and never gave up until the house was sold. Amazing support and amazing staff! Thank you so much Vanessa would of decided against selling if you hadn’t of put the effort and dedication in that you did. All round great staff that will do all they can to help you out to buy/sell your home.
Finally we got there in the end! It will be strange not talking to you on a daily basis we wish you all the best in the future and thank you for the great review. Sarah, Vanessa and Natalie.

Vanessa came out to value our house and made us feel like we were important, she put us at ease at a very stressful time. In no time our house was on the market with fantastic advertising, we nearly bought it ourselves. We didn’t get any time wasters, everyone who came actually wanted to buy a house like ours, the 3rd couple to view put in an offer and we were advised how to proceed by Vanessa and she coached us to a very good deal with the buyers. Once the sale was agreed Rebecca took over with the chasing up solicitor and pushing the sale along, Rebecca made a point of contacting us every week on a Wednesday, we Knew every week we was getting an update even when nothing had changed, she is a star as are all of the attentive staff down at Martin & co. Our sale was not easy but without Rebecca and Vanessa it would have been hell. I would definitely recommend to everyone use Martin & co to sell your house. Thank you Vanessa and Rebecca for your hard work

First Class personal and professional service - I used Martin and Co Mansfield to sell our property. All of the staff were amazing. They were friendly and always wanting to help and go that extra mile. If they didn't know the answer they would find out and call me back. Rebecca was really organised and when I rang to enquire about a query she already had the answer. My house sale took a while due to factors up the chain. The staff at Martin and Co also supported the guy I was buying off as he used an agent that didn't have this service. They chased solicitors for me liaised up and down the chain and nothing was too much trouble. I received timely emails with updates. When I first had viewings the staff did all they could to ensure that the viewers were genuine as I had little time for them to visit the property. They provided me with feedback very quickly from prospective buyers. Vanessa Rebecca and Jack are first class and I would not hesitate to use their company again. Personal 1st class customer service is just what you need when you are doing something as big a buying and selling and I certainly received it.
