GoogleWe are a Nigerian family who just moved to the UK and had quite a but of hassle getting a place but Location agents - Carol, Kathy and Leanne - were all so helpful. They took all our endless calls, explaining things to us each time. When we picked up our keys, they had closed but still they waited for us to arrive and when we couldn't find our way to the nearest KFC, Kathy took us there in her car. Carol was so lovely and helpful in helping us settle. We moved in less than 3 days after contacting Location and even my sister whose house we stayed on arrival, commented that Location has picked the loveliest people as staff.

They have tradesman that they recommend to sort any work or repairs that are required.

GoogleI am an estate agent but needed a good managing agent for some rental properties I bought in Warsop. Had a fairly bad experience with a well known franchise outfit, but when I shifted to Location it was totally different experience!
I have worked mostly with Kathy, Leanne and Carol over the years and they are the epitome of how a good local estate should be, just perfect! Incredible service, communication and always helpful and going the extra mile to get things done for both myself and my tenants. It has been good to build a relationship with the team, and even though I'm not local they have never tried to rip me off with unnecessary maintenance costs and always treated me as if I was an important client.

GoogleWe have just sold our house through location i chose them because i really liked jordan who signed us up lovely chap. The house sold quickly i cant deny that I really think the staff need to work on there customer service every time i called i felt like I was disturbing them, Karen never returned my calls i was told on exchange day that we had exchanged by Karen when we hadn't ! Didnt even get a call to say sorry. In the end I wondered why on earth we paid them because martin and co the estate agent we bought our new house through actually helped me alot more with issues that in the end I felt like whats the point in phoning location as they wont help anyway very stressful time made worse by staff who i felt only cared about the money

Hi Emma, I am surprised by your comments and sorry you feel this way, our records and logs show that you received regular updates and on occasions two or three times a day. While we do every thing in our power to ensure that all information provided to us by third parties is correct, on this occasions, the solicitor advice Karen that your sale had exchanged the mistake was reported quickly. For the record Location were your selling agent and not the agent referred to in you email.

As i sent in enquiries, received replies not long after.They asked me questions regarding my pets, I answered them. Leanne crowder or Leanne reddish, whichever it is, sent me via email saying they would ask the landlord about Pets and get back to me... that was 27th May. Still no reply. Have had this from multiple estate agents.Thank God I finally managed to find somewhere.
