From the first contact with Debbie (and her guidance), to the professional and prompt communications with Tracey, this has been a fantastic experience. Whilst we ultimately decided to withdraw our property from the market, we had 4 viewings and 2 offers (one which we accepted), within 10 days. Googlerent a house with them and after i moved they start to fit a new roof and the ceiling in the kitchen fall down and i hat to stay for one week like that and after 10 month i moved and they stop me 50£ for cleaning because was wear in the carper ,,,what do you expect if i live there to be like new ?? not recommended this agency stay away from it!NegativeQuality
Hi there, Sorry you feel you have had a bad experience, however this is not a property that was managed, the landlord managed themselves. We do know however that any works needed were carried out in a timely manner. Again, sorry if you feel unsatisfied. We wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleUnbelievablely unprofessional. Giving out personal details, always had JUST received an email when I rang, took over a year to sell my home due to them not background checking the buyer, had to find a new one after 9 months!! This should have been known when they checked her money wasn't in place. I will admit that once it all fell through after 9 months and the main duties where taken away from the regular employees where taken over by the manager things went much smoother but it shouldn't have ever got to that point. I would not recommend.
