From the first viewing with Helen, who was so friendly and helpful, to the whole office team, everyone was fantastic. A special mention to Nicola, who I had the most contact with throughout the process. She kept in regular touch, kept me fully informed, and made the whole experience so much smoother. We found our Bungalow last October 2021 for Sale through John Sankey and after many delays in completing we finally got our Keys on the 7th March 2022. We wan't to say that the wounderfull staff at John Sankey made those delays much more bearable due to the lovely mannered diligence of the staff particularly Tracy to do what she said she would do when she said she would do it keeping in constant touch with us about what we needed to do. The whole of the staff there in Mansfield are soooo lovely and it was a pleasure doing business with them, and would recommend this small but efficient Estate agents to anyone thinking of buying or selling. Just a note to say how very pleased I have been with way the team at John Sankey have managed the whole process of the recent sale of my property, including all the engagement and communication aspects. Especially during the latter stages of the selling cycle, these have been very welcome, during what is naturally an anxious time. From their original visit and associated discussions about acting as agents, to the properties sale collateral etc., the provision of support with assisted visits, managing the sale agreement arrangements with the buyers etc., and then their final ‘push’ support - all these areas have been exemplary. Me and my partner were first time buyers, and John Sankey were the estate agents that the vendors of the property we were buying chose. We did not have the best experience with our solicitors but Lisa at John Sankey has been absolutely incredible. She helped us with every little thing despite not really being our estate agent! I was buying a house that they were selling. I was a 1st time buyer so i didn't understand their protocol. Lisa and Ben were very quick to help. I didn't realise how much estate agents do get involved. In some respects they were more informative than my own solicitor. They also had their own recommendations for a solicitor. Ben was always sending me emails with updates. Lisa was always ringing or emailing me with information about the house buying process. If I could give John Sankeys 10* I would have.
