Great place to visit if you’re a first time buyer , staff are very friendly , and communication inside of their office and outside is brilliant , Ella my mortgage advisor and Oliver who helped me at the start of my property search have both been very helpful and supportive . Amber has also helped massively with this whole process working with Ella to confirm things and get internal things sorted . I will be collecting my keys today for my first house purchase and everyone involved has been so helpful along the way . All staff who have helped in any sort of way have been very friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend 😁

My experience with Bairstow Eves Mansfield has unfortunately been marked by ongoing issues with communication. Despite repeated attempts to make contact via email and telephone, I have received little to no response. This persistent lack of engagement has made it extremely difficult to move forward with even the most basic enquiries and has left me with little confidence in their ability to manage more complex matters. Regrettably, I have now made the decision to take my business elsewhere. This decision comes not only from my own experience, but also from hearing similar accounts from colleagues who have had equally unsatisfactory dealings with this branch in the past. I chose to approach Bairstow Eves based on the professionalism presented through their website and marketing materials, but in hindsight, I should have paid closer attention to the feedback I received from others. In an industry where clear, timely, and reliable communication is fundamental, the level of service I encountered was far below expectations. I cannot recommend Bairstow Eves Mansfield and would encourage others to consider alternative agents who demonstrate a greater commitment to client care and responsiveness.

Avoid. The owner of the property I rented through Bairstow Eves was being completely unreasonable when it came to returning all of my deposit. I successfully defended myself via the deposits protection service for all issues bar one - this was because the property manager at Bairstow Eves failed to properly communicate this to me. If I had of been given all the information I could have included a response and evidence. I lost out £50 unneccessarily because of this. Not a lot of money but it could have been worse. In addition Bairstow Eves themselves told me that as I did the right thing and reported a fault that somehow this made me liable?! (I won the battle for this particular item) If you're able to avoid using these guys I would advise doing so.

I have rented a property with Bairstow Eves and I have stayed there for nearly 3 years. When I left not only that it took them more than 2 months to release the deposit but they have retained half of the initial deposit for some things that was damaged before I have rented the property. I know that the new tenant has moved in next day after we moved out and the new tenant has clean the garden for which Bairstow eves have retain 120£ from my deposit. The garden was left in the same state that we have taken. I am not saying that it took them 4 months to repair a main door that I couldn’t lock and I had to sleep at night with the door unlocked with a 4 years old child. I have also repainted all the house and repaired the garage and front door on my expense while I have lived there. When I have asked about the invoices for the money that they will retain for what they are saying that has been repaired they find different excuses not to provide them. So be careful when you renting with them as you won’t get the deposit back.

Jessica met me at the property I planned to let through Bairstow Eves. I found her to be very polite and helpful. She had a very good knowledge of the legal requirements which she communicated clearly. She was very clear regarding the different packages Bairstow Eves had to offer. After consideration I decided to go for the fully managed deal. She was very clear regarding the fees in relation to this which I found to be great value. It took 11 days from meeting Jessica at my property to a tenancy agreement being in place. She obtained what I would consider to be a very reasonable rental income. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received.

This is a long awaited review. I have had a pleasant experience with this estate agents. The staff maintain integrity and certainly take pride with their customers. Mollie and Lauren who were the people I mainly dealt with during the purchase of my property regularly kept in touch with updates and also spoke on my behalf to my solicitors with any enquiries that I wasn't sure of. The staff are highly experienced and very knowledgeable which helped a great deal and made the process easy and quick, some estate agents can be short and belittling but these girls quite often made my day with their sunny personalities. I appreciate the gift at the end once everything went to completion. 10/10
