Five Star Service

What an excellent experience I had whilst renting with Essex and Country Village Homes. Tracy the lady that dealt with my tenancy couldn't of been more helpful All tenant information was very well presented to me in a smart folder which made much easier it go through. I had been looking for some time to find a property that allowed pets and been turned away until I walked into Tracy's office where she assured me she would do her best to help me and as per her word found me a lovely bungalow to rent. She invested time and trust in me whilst reassuring the landlord on my behalf for which I was very grateful. As per the usual inspections were carried out on the property and I was always asked if everything was ok or did anything need doing which was very comforting to know that any problems would be addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend Essex and Country Village Homes to anyone having had such a good experience with them. A great estate agents

What an amazing buying experience with Essex Country & Village Homes. Darryl was the agent for the sellers of the home we were buying and he completely outshone our own agents who were selling our property. He was communicative, supportive and very professional. This review requires many more stars... Firstly I would like to say Darryl & Essex Country and Village have truly has been exceptional. Darryl was able to sell our property within a tight 2 week window enabling me to purchase our dream property. Despite all odds being against this becoming a possibility, we successfully exchanged yesterday. Darryl was always there throughout a very stressful 8 week process and he was offering assistance and support at all times to ensure a smooth transaction. A truly fantastic service from Darryl and the team. I have never been so willing to pay my estate agent fees. Darryl earned every penny (twice over). I wouldn't normally do reviews like this but wanted to share our experience and recommend others to take advantage of this excellent company. I brought Darryl on board after a week of frustration with a different agent. My previous agent had messed me around for a week in their efforts to produce a very mediocre set of sales particulars. I invited Darryl around and he demonstrated that he had an eye for detail and managed to produce first class sales particulars with stunning photos, 100% correct on first draft. He found a large number of prospective buyers and bent over backwards to accommodate viewings if we were unable to do them. I had total confidence in his ability to showcase our home. Darryl hard work paid off and we found a buyer and agreed a great price. This is where Darryl really came into his own. His efforts after sale were much appreciated and were in stark contrast to the efforts of other agents in the chain and other agents I've dealt with in the past. He was always available to get the updates I wanted and to help push things along as required. He does so well to juggle all of the people he is dealing with and make you confident that your own situation is important to him. I've already recommend Darryl to a family member and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. If you are looking for a great agent, then look no further. You will not be disappointed.
