I would highly recommend Churchwood Stanley - Darryl and his team have done an excellent job selling our property. They have been professional, efficient and effective throughout the whole process. They did a great job marketing our property and got strong interest from several potential buyers in a short period. When we agreed a sale, they were very proactive in ensuring strong communication between all parties to help things move along in a timely manner. Any queries were dealt with quickly and we were kept fully up-to-date with regular feedback. They also gave us an excellent recommendation on a Solicitor who turned out to be outstanding. Buying and selling properties is clearly a stressful business, but Churchwood Stanley do their best to minimise this and make the process as smooth as possible.

Brought out first home from church stanleys was a good experience. All staff there were extremely helpful and experienced. As I first time buyer they assisted me with knowledge and helped drive a quick exchange. Judy was most helpful and kept us updated with proceedings and contact with the sellers. Even after exchange assisted with questions we had and checked in on us. Very good service and busy estate agents, very friendly. Thank you to all.

Churchwood Stanley showed nothing but professionalism and support throughout the selling of my house. The photos and marketing of the property was very good, the house attracted some attention and an offer was made quite quickly. Then the seller pulled out and after a discussion with Churchwood Stanley the property was put back on the market very quickly and another offer was made. This time the sale went through very quickly. I liked the fact that I was kept up to date with all viewings and potential buyers feedback via their Street.co.uk app. The Churchwood Stanley team are very friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

As a buyer, I very much would not trust this estate agent. After making an offer on a flat and being made false promises about the condition of certain areas, and that things which were clearly safety hazards and broken would be fixed prior to sale - these things then all turned out to be a lie. Very much aware that estate agents are there for the benefit of the seller but the lack of consideration for the buyer in terms of making sure that the things that are promised are then carried through feels like a real let down. Also feel it’s unprofessional to be told the amount of a counter-offer and the name of the offerer. Am sure that for a seller, the experience is VERY different so my review won’t be relevant for everyone :)

Darryl and his team are amongst the most professional estate agents that I have worked with. From the moment Darryl rolled through the front door, his sheer enthusiasm for what he does shone through. Unlike other estate agents, he came up with an ingenious and very commercially thought out strategy. It worked! It wasn't an easy sale, however, Darryl was always polite and pragmatic. Towards the end, I am sure he had had enough! I cannot thank Darryl or his team enough. They CARE, I mean REALLY care about you, what you want and need and will support you every step of the way. I would personally recommend them to friends and family.

I really cant rave about Darryl @churchwood Stanley enough!! I really do believe they are the best Estate Agent out there and I have full confidence in the way he deals with the whole process. I came to Darryl asking him to help me with the sale of my property and he got everything put in place so quickly, the property was sold for the full asking price within 4 weeks which was amazing! He replies to my emails and answers my calls so quickly and I am never left wondering what's happening like you do with most Estate Agents. I am kept in the loop at all times. What can we say? other than Darryl, Stef and the rest of the team at Churchwood Stanley were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were kept up-to-date on a daily basis, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was a positive one in which we felt genuinely cared about.
