Selling our mum’s house after she passed away was a very emotional and difficult process for our family, but Myles and Guy made it so much easier for us. From the very beginning they were incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic, which meant a lot during such a hard time. When Myles first came to the house, he sat down with us and took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure we understood the process and what to expect. We never felt rushed or pressured, and his calm and thoughtful approach immediately put us at ease. Throughout the entire sale, both Myles and Guy kept us informed at every stage and were always available to answer questions or offer reassurance. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care really stood out. We’re very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes above and beyond, both professionally and personally. Marcel has been looking after me in relation to my move. He has been extremely helpful and approachable from the start of the process. I had only rented once before so Marcel took the time to help me through the pre-renting process such as referencing. Since moving in, Marcel has worked extremely hard with me and the landlord to ensure my stay at the property is happy and comfortable.
