Strongly discourage going with Urban Splash.
I had the misfortune of moving into the Budenberg apartments in Altrincham for 12 months.
Whilst the apartment itself was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking South Manchester the whole experience was one to forget.
When attempting to contact Urban Splash more often than not your call will be diverted to a voicemail facility; which they will usually fail to respond to.
Got a maintenance issue? It'll probably take them a good week to get someone out to you (in fairness once they do arrive the maintenance contractors are pleasant and go above and beyond to resolve any issue you may have).
There's no on site concierge so any problems such as being locked out of your apartment you'll have to make the 8 mile journey into Manchester City Centre. (In rush hour expect that to take you up to three quarters of an hour).
Final thing, when attempting to obtain a refund on your deposit you can expect to wait between 4-6 weeks.
A very poor experience from start to finish.
