Best Rental Management Agents in Manchester

I have been renting a property through The Manchester Estate Agent for a year now and I have found Shaun and the team to be the best people I have ever dealt with. Whenever I have needed a repair or an answer to a query the service from start to finish has been speedy and very professional putting me, the tenant, as the priority. You are treated with respect and honesty and I can whole heartedly recommend the team and service as the best from my experience of renting a property over the past 18 years. These guys get it right!

Friendly guys, efficient service

We lived in a property managed by these guys for around 18 months. The service we've received from our agents, in particular Shaun, has always been efficient and useful, and along with the good service the guys in the office are always friendly to talk to. Having had some very poor service from landlords/agents in the past, I find these things really important, and The Manchester Agent has always delivered: On the day we saw the flat, the agent was able to give us some info about the local area, which we were new to. Prices, fees etc were all explained up front and were totally transparent, everything was explained in plain English, and we weren't rushed or pressured to make a decision. We've had no random people arriving at our door without us being forewarned We've always had really quick responses, even when an issue needs to be run past the landlord/lady first, and repairs have never been queried (no-one telling us something doesn't need work when it does, to save the landlord a buck or two) We're received follow up calls after a repair man has been called out - to keep us in the loop, and to ensure we're happy with the outcome. Both me and my partner have experienced some really shoddy landlords, during uni and beyond, and so we're probably a little cynical when it comes to trusting that you'll get what you've been promised by the people you rent from, We can honestly say that as far as a simple, reliable service with good communication goes (which is really what you're agents are there for in my opinion), The Manchester Estate Agents are a good bunch. Rental Property Search

I recently undertook a search to find a new rental property due to having to move out of my presenty property. Having found a suitable place on rightmove i contacted the agency late on Friday night and received a response within around half an hour which was unexpected for so late in the day. Since then Shaun & his colleagues have maintained absolutely A** quality contact throughout my appliction process - which took no time whatsoever. Like another reviewer the service received is second to none. Definitely an agency that is customer centric & strives to give unparalleled quality and one I'd be happy to recommend and use again if I had too.

Amazing service

Since I moved to the UK, I had the chance to work/communicate with a few letting agencies. Until i met Phoenix properties team, my overall experience with the letting agencies was really bad, both the service and the reliability was awful! It's the first time that I had 100% positive experience - from the beginning until the actual move (and even after)! Shaun and the team helped me above and beyond my expectations, they kept me updated during the whole process and they were available on the phone and email 24/7. I'm definitely going to stay with them in the future and recommend their services to my colleagues and friends - Amazing Team!

Fast, friendly and efficient service

You hear so many horror stories about letting agents, it's so refreshing to find one that is different. Phoenix have always been helpful, courteous and friendly, any issues have been sorted out as fast as possible and they are always contactable, even late at night or at the weekend. Most dealings have been with Shaun and he's fantastic, he makes you feel like a mate as well as a tenant, the personal touch is fantastic.

Brilliant

We have been with a few agencies and Phoenix is by far the best we have had. Any issues with the flat they reply straight away, even after 5pm. They have the issue fixed within a day or two. They are very helpful and polite. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone. Shaun is always around for queries and help
