TrustpilotNothing will get fixed 😂
Nothing will get fixed, chasing jobs for over a year such as broken toilet seals, toxic water, broken doors, garage roof collapsing. Appears from other reviews similar issues, with regards for call backs and failure to contact the landlord on getting repairs done.

TrustpilotEasy sale, very poor aftersales.
The actual sale of the property was straight forward and they were paid promptly however trying to get my promised cashback was like getting blood from a stone.Had to go to their office and refuse to leave untill it was sorted in order to get resolution.

GoogleForced To Sign Agreement With Borderline Illegal Energy Supplier - Reeds Rains tenancy agreement forced the Electricity sign-over to Spark Energy Ltd. a well known scam company. Be aware of this clause in your contract before you sign and fight it hard.

TrustpilotFull of idiots
Rented a bungalow in January 2016...Nothing but problems from the get go. Issues with damp in the house constantly enquired about, builder even recommended certain repairs that were never done. Deposit protection certificate never provided. Speaking to several different people that completely fail to communicate! Absolutely ridiculous.

Very good experience with the Crossgates office. Claire sold my house very quickly and all the office staff were very helpful, in particular, Jane, who regularly kept me up to date with proceedings.

TrustpilotAvoid the Rawtenstall Branch at all costs
Avoid the Rawtenstall Branch like the plague. Both Sales and Lettings staff are incompetent liars. The stress and losses we have incurred are off the charts. Would be minus stars if that was an option.

TrustpilotExceptionally helpful agent!
We found Reeds Rains of Grimsby exceptionally helpful in buying a property in the area - thanks mainly to help from Sophie, who opted to 'prod' solicitors into action at one or two points. Full marks!
