TrustpilotStill they've done nothing.
Submitted a review about Reed Pains on the 13th of February. Despite all the lip service and requests for further details, 9 days later, I've still got the remnants of their board attached to the front of my house. This apathy within Reed Rains appears to be company policy.

TrustpilotAppalling level of competence…
Appalling level of competence for managing rentals on behalf of landlord and tenant. Would never go back to this company. Shocking level of service that in no way reflects the high management fees they charge. They use poor third party "inspectors" so adding to smokescreens avoiding responsibility.

I was lied to, given false assurances by Alister only to be phoned to take payment but instead after speaking only hours earlier about i could secure it that he had given it to a couple who shown previous interest. Do not trust this chesterfield branch
