TrustpilotProfessional stress free sale
The sale of my late mother's flat was always going to be a difficult and emotional event but thanks to both family and Reads Rains (Clevedon) it was completed with minimal fuss and pure professionalism. This was after an earlier estate agent declined the sale as the "family were too fussy". I would happily recommend Reeds Rains to anyone wishing to sell a property.

GoogleI sold my Manchester apartment through them this spring and am nothing but pleased with the result. Their read of the market was spot on. Jennifer Iftakhar coordinated everything to get the house on the market and sold, and Greg Davies brought it home through the difficult quarantine period. They were always available for questions and advice and I felt they were "on my side" throughout the byzantine process of selling property in the UK.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Extremely ignorant and arrogant never do ANY repairs to your property even though I was electrocuted and knocked unconscious bare in my I have a heart condition and specifically informed them and requested for the electricity meter which is a faulty second meter put in by the landlord to be fixed some of my jewellery went missing when my flat was inspected without me being present but obviously I can not prove this saying that I think people have the right to know the full truth my rents always paid in front and my flats kept immaculate but they never return calls no ones ever available when you do call always busy or off today it took six days for an email response they won’t send me my previous references supplied to them they lied to my housing officer so I can’t move out the place is full of damp with mushrooms growing on my bathroom walls I am now taking them to court due to being evicted with NO warning due to the hairdressers downstairs not only blasting music threw my floors all day every day at ridiculous unreasonable volumes (I’ve actually provided the council with sound recordings) and it’s not even just in the shops opening times but even on a Sunday and from approximately 7am-11pm the hairdressers response was I’m a business and I can play my music as loud as I want from 7-11 THANKS FOR BEING SO SELF GRATIFYING!!! there regularly filling my bins with brick plaster gloves food wastage and dirty nappies chucking cigarette butts outside my front door for me to clean up they’ve been knocking on my door regularly making false accusations to which after 17 months of getting NO HELP WHAT SO EVER FROM REEDS RAINS I finally confronted the woman from there whom then tried to have me arrested for malicious acts against a business knowing full well my problem was actually HER!!! The police then went back to warn these people to keep the volume lowered as I obviously had proof and advised me if it continues I’m to ring him and he will attend reduce the volume and put a formal complaint in to the council on my behalf to which they then went behind my back and clearly lied to my landlady who actually owns that property too even though reeds rains deny any acknowledgement of this and refused to contact her on my behalf also the previous tenants son actually visited my property after his elderly mother was evicted for the same reasons ive been served notice he informed me of the problems I would endure with this company if I complained well I guess he wasn’t lying out of bitterness after all my recommendation is to AVOID THIS MONEY GRABBING ESTATE AGENTS AT ALL COSTS!!!! They certainly do not care about there tenants and no more use than an ice cream in a hundred degree oven 🙈🙈🙈

Reeds Rains have been brilliant throughout the process, with a great, friendly and engaged team. They have been fast, efficient and professional - and well feel that we have been supported with good advise along the way. It is a difficult time to sell and I'm glad we had RR behind us. Thank you!

GoogleWorld's worst property management team. Staff are clueless and often fail to communicate with each other. Took them 5 months to fix a leak in the door which involved tons of calls, emails and made up excuses. Avoid.
It has now been two years, the door is still not fixed.

TrustpilotWe had a great experience with Reeds Rains when selling our property.
We had a great experience when Reeds Rains sold our house. Louise and Nicola Jane from the Eccleshall branch were very friendly, polite and helpful at all times. They were very knowledgeable and helped us to sell our house very quickly and secure a deal on a property we were buying. I would definitely reccomend Reeds Rains.

TrustpilotAbsolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company, don’t stick to their contractual obligations, forget to do things, don’t reply to emails. Overall very poor service. I’ve never written a Trustpilot review before but in this case I feel compelled to. Over £800 tenant deposit still outstanding with lame excuses from reeds rains that it’s effectively “not their problem”. Landlords do not use this company.

TrustpilotRubbish
Obviously, I don't work for Reeds Rains so they won't be getting 5*. I found them AWFUL! The telephone staff are patronising little girls who delight in femsplaining what life is all about from behind their rented desks in rented offices to people who have run multimillion pound businesses since before they were born. Apart from the sale of personal data from which they profit by the sale (read the small print), they are very keen to get hold of your money and details before you recieve a product. I would advise against working with this company primarily because employs teenagers with one gcse between them to haggle for commission. Deal with a proper estate agent and grown ups.

TrustpilotReeds Rains, Bury, Lancs
Reeds Rains, Bury, Lancs. We recently bought a property that was listed with Reeds Rains in Bury. We were cash buyers, required absolutely no funding, had sold our own property and were able to purchase a property very quickly. We saw a property advertised with Reeds Rains and called to arrange a viewing. They told us that they could only arrange viewings Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. I asked for a reason and was told: 'that's the way it is'. As my hubby and I both work full-time, we couldn't view during those hours. Fortunately, I knew how to contact the vendor directly. The vendor knew of no reason for the restricted viewing hours. We arranged a viewing with the vendor and agreed a sale 4 days later. The complete process took just over 3 months, and from showing our ID to the agents, they never contacted us once, not even on the completion date to congratulate us. If you are looking for customer service and support throughout the sales process, then I would not recommend this branch of Reeds Rains. So much for today's buyer is tomorrow's seller...

TrustpilotSouthsea Branch - A real find
As I live in Kent and was selling my late Mum's retirement flat from a considerable distance, I needed an agent I could really trust and rely on to keep beavering away in a slow and difficult market. I'm pleased to say that Reeds Rains delivered in every way. From the beginning, Dan and his exceptionally strong team stood out from the many agents I saw and proved to be a real find. I was kept regularly informed, the communication and advice at every stage was honest, straightforward and realistic and Dan's quiet but highly informed and experienced persistence paid off and achieved a sale exactly in line with the price range he had advised. I really grew to trust Dan's judgement and felt he was batting for me throughout, including going the extra mile to really research and understand the specific micro market attaching to my Mother's and nearby properties. I'm not easily impressed but felt Dan and, unusually, every member of his team I dealt with, to be superb. An outstanding service in every way which I would unhesitatingly recommend.

TrustpilotLegalised criminality (Folkestone)
Awful. Avoid like the plague! Financially exploitative. Costs and hidden agendas at every turn! The emotional distress we recieved at the hands of these monsters is insurmountable. We were loyal renters with these people. We were charged £90 at the signing of our renewal of tenancy fee after our first year (when they knew the landlady wanted to sell) and then we were served a section 21, dropped and stripped of all our dignity. They broke our tenancy agreement by allowing viewings and erecting a for sale sign before their own tenancy agreement says they were allowed to. We were rinsed for money we could not afford. All this while caring for four children (two who are disabled) We had the most soul destroying experience at the hands of these people. Legal advice proves they showed bad practice in their dealings with us. We are still being made to pay to this day. Monstrous people with no care for others. I will never get over their foul treatment of myself and my family.

GoogleGreat service from Ryan and Akthar. They were really helpful and friendly. This agency is the best renting agency that I had been with, they actually care about person, not just about money. All moving process they were there for me and helped on each step with guidance and professional suggestions. I am very grateful to Ryan for his assistance and professionalism. He was wonderful and I would like to say thank you for this experience. I would definitely recommend this agency.

GoogleDO NOT USE REEDS RAINS MANCHESTER
After using Reeds Rains Manchester for many years I was unfortunate enough to have them completely mismanage one of my rentals. They commenced a tenancy against my instruction not to and wreaked havoc ever since that day. They take no responsibility for their wrong doings and expect their customers to be OK with that.
I am always willing to allow a second chance, but as I offered that to Reeds Rains Manchester they threw it back in my face. A non-professional business with a poor team across the board.
One star is a star too many.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleI've been a landlord of a flat that I bought from Reeds Rains, had them manage for over a decade, and then sold through them last month. The team has always done their utmost to keep everything on track, and they have been friendly, courteous and professional throughout our long partnership. Living in a foreign country, I have appreciated not having to worry about the management of my flat one bit, and have them sort out even the smallest of things that I would likely pick up myself if I lived nearby. Thanks very much for a job well done!

GoogleReeds Rains assisted us with the sale of our apartment in Manchester. They consistently conducted themselves in a professional way, from the initial call, through to completion and were utterly professional at all times. They robustly kept the process moving on both sides without being seen to be pushy. Their knowledge of the process was invaluable and they were more than happy to guide us on the various requirements which were not particularly straight forward. Would have no hesitation in recommending as communication was good throughout.

TrustpilotCannot recommend Reeds Rains at all. Very poor.
I am a landlord and let out my property through Reeds Rains. They are awful to deal with. Wolverhampton branch never gets back to you with any updates regarding maintenance or queries.I wanted an inspection on my property carried out which to be honest I shouldn’t even have to tell Reeds Rains to do as these should be periodically checked as it’s part of the contract I initially signed. But most of the time I feel like I have to tell them to do their job for them. All this is supposed to be done without me getting involved as I’m paying for a fully managed service to them. I cannot recommend Reeds Rains at all. They do next to nothing apart from the bare bones. Awful service.
