GoogleWe have been recently purchased our first property in Manchester through Orlando Reid Manchester office. We would highly recommend this real-estate agent as they have the best professional and knowledgeable team ever. They were always available to answer and address our concerns. Everything went smooth and easy with them, specially with Charley Smith, she is the best person for communication and doing the right work done in the shortest time. GoogleThey tried to get me to put a deposit down before viewing the property, and when I tried to explain I wanted to view it first they said that the landlord would probably pick other applicants if we did. When I spoke to the fraud line at Rightmove, even they described what they were doing as shady.

As you’re likely aware, competition for student housing is extremely high, and for this particular property, we received 83 enquiries. Given this demand, it’s not uncommon for some applicants to secure a property by paying the holding deposit before viewing. I’m sorry to hear this led to a disappointing experience and a 1-star review. Please rest assured, all of our practices are fully compliant with legal guidelines from The Property Ombudsman and other regulatory bodies, and we always strive for transparency in our processes. If there was any miscommunication or concerns raised with Rightmove, we’re more than happy to look into this further and ensure everything is addressed appropriately.

Their promptness made the typically very long lasting process much easier at each and every step when I needed them. GoogleI contacted Orlando Reid in January to arrange a viewing of a new build apartment in Altrincham. They were efficient, speedy and super friendly from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Charley throughout who I couldn’t speak more highly of, she really has been amazing. I exchanged on contracts today and couldn’t be happier. we had dealings with their director. he was extremely arrogant, abusive on the phone and brought one of my girls to tears. i really do hope he doesnt speak to any of his own staff the way he spoke to ours. Its no wonder they get negative reviews like the one below
This is a retaliation review by what I thought was a reputable company All Agents a company I would highly recommend never to use. If I came across aggressive, it was only due to being fobbed off for a refund due to Sheraton Law a company that I have recently acquired. They owe almost 24 months worth of fees. The lack of care for their customer is disgraceful. I have nothing to hide. Should anyone want to see evidence of the above I would be delighted to provide it. I would've welcomed a call from the director to brash this out once and for all but it seems they'd rather keep the money then refund the money. It's funny they mention about reviews. All Agents reviews are awful where ours are generally positive.
