The experience we had with Orlando Reid is second to none. Liam who took care of our application, queries and needs was and still is very helpful in every step. It is indeed a stressful situation looking for a new place to live but Liam tried his very best to help us through the process. We appreciate all his services and we highly recommend them in case you’re in a look out for any potential property in the future. Again, thank you Liam

It was a pleasure working with the Orlando Reid team to purchase an apartment in Manchester. Charley was exceptional at listening to our preferences and finding the suitable property for us. We were guided through every step of the purchasing process by the capable hands of Charley and Vanessa who kept us informed of what needs to be completed and answered our questions promptly. It was a pleasant and stress free experience and my husband and I highly recommend this agent and these two ladies who are exceptional.

When we first contacted Charley Smith at Orlando Reid we were quite unsure about whether we really wanted to go ahead with the purchase of a property and what to expect in these sort of new lifestyle apartments. Charley with her patience and kindness showed us around several buildings and apartments of different size's including penthouses. When we left we had 100% understanding of what to expect. Over the next few weeks as we went back & forth Charley was extremely supportive until we found our dream apartment. Up until today we are so well supported with all queries we have. Thank you so much Charley .. you made the difference for us in deciding to go with your company & project because of the trust and mutual respect we built during our journey . There are several other companies out there ( and we had dealt with and pulled out of one as things were not clear) however Orlando Reid & Charley are in one word - amazing & supportive. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family .

Orlando Reid Manchester is one of the best letting agencies I have had the pleasure to work with. A special thanks to Alice for providing the best experience throughout the initial calls, viewings and processing. Any organisation that cares about your personal circumstances during these economic times is exceptional in my view. Anytime I need services related to property, Orlando Reid would be my first call. Thank you so much!

I had the pleasure of meeting James from Orlando Reid Manchester twice. James was extremely helpful when assisting me with my next home. I sent james a few texts which were answered all most immediately which wasn’t expected. James’s knowledge of the building with multiple apartments lead me to finding my perfect next home.

I received unsolicited marketing emails…

I received unsolicited marketing emails and calls from the orlandoreid.co.uk domain despite never giving consent or having any prior contact. I submitted a DSAR to the company address at the time. It was mishandled, ignored, and followed by conflicting explanations about how my data was obtained and who was responsible.

I had an issue with my hot water running in my apartment. I reached out to Megan and within a day the issue was resolved. , much in contrast to other instances where I have sought help and not received any . Megan’a attitude towards being helpful and her work , shows a keen interest to help and not just tick off a box . Megan’s attitude should be extended to all the tsk members and encouraged. Megan got back to me when she said she would and was ever so nice and professional in assisting me.

I bought a shared ownership property via Orlando Reid. Charley was absolutely brilliant throughout the initial process, very much putting me at ease during quite a stressful time! Charley and Vanessa worked to help keep things moving right until completion, were always available to chat and no question was a silly one. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Orlando Reid figures seem wildly optimistic

Orlando Reid emailed me about a flat to buy in Stockton-on-Tees TS20 2EJ for £143,000 with a year one return of £17,160. I checked this postcode on line and found the flat advertised as already sold for only £45,000.

I would highly recommend Orlando Reid to anybody looking for an investment property in Manchester. Will spent a lot of time showing us properties and was always happy to answer all our questions. Vanessa kept an eye on the legal process to make sure deadlines were met. Will definitely use this company again.

I would highly recommend Orlando Reid Manchester to any landlord who's looking for a quick turn around between my tenant leaving and finding a new one but also quality property management services. Will and the team found me a young professional tenant paying full asking price and got the tenant in within 2 weeks, he then passed me over to Andy and the property management team who have been fantastic from the get go, professional, friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
