GoogleThe absolute worst company, avoid at all costs. Moved into a rental property through this company. When we moved in the house stunk of paint, there was rubbish in every room and the back, the internet wasnt set up and there was a plethora of issues which they said they would sort immediately. Of course this didn't happen, for 2 weeks we heard nothing about them resolving these issues, we sent lots of emails to no responses. Finally they came to sort the problems but only did around half. Then a hole appear in the ceiling due to them fixing them chimney with Sellotape, this meant we had pools of water every time it rained and mould everywhere, again this wasn't fixed for months. We finally got a contact number for a person named Jian and she turned out to be the worst of the lot, never ever replied to messages unless she wanted something from us, with regard to the deposits being released at the end of the tenancy I mustve sent 20 messages over a few weeks to 0 responses. Ilonka on the contrary was helpful, she seems out of place in such a poorly ran and mismanaged company Honestly I cannot stress how bad this company is, also the properties are awful because the maintenance team just dont care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GoogleThis company shouldn't exist, very unprofessional, I placed an offer on a house they accepted sent all my personal details. from there on they stopped replying to my email and didn't answer my phone calls. eventually I was told the house is sold to someone else. Facebook209 Slade Lane was a cozy and warm place to spend the month of January. The privacy one is afforded and the quality of the rooms, kitchen, and common room are a great comfort especially when one is far from home for work/studies.

GoogleReally bad service, I drove 3 hours to view a property as I'm relocating cities (which they were informed of) I have also offered to pay the entire tenancy upfront to help move things along easier. On the day of viewing a property with them I called to inform them that I was running 10 minutes late only to be told that they had cancelled. I received no notice of this, no text/call/email. Absolutely shocking service! I'll take my money elsewhere!
